4 Wnter tires on; alignment all done in short period of time

I ARRIVED FOR MY 9:30AM APPOINTMENT TO HAVE FOUR TRUE WINTER TIRES INSTALLED AND ALIGNMENT DONE FOR MY 2016 cx5. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A SHORT PERIOD, WITHOUT A MARK ON THE PAINT. NEW TIRES GIVE THE RIDE A SOFTER AND MORE STEADY EXPERIENCE. AFTER A NEAR MISS WITH A TRUCK LAST WINTER IT SEEMED TO BE PRUDENT TO ADD THE EXTRA TRACTION THIS WINTER.
I've purchased numerous vehicles and have always been very pleased with the sales and service. Chris and Thom are excellent to deal with and Eric in service is outstanding. Will be back in time to purchase again!
Discussed on phone used Audi wagon with dave. Knowledgeable and good discussion. Visited Atlantic, viewed Audi. Matched website description. Dave showed the repair report which Atlantic did. A week later, engine light came on. Atlantic reviewed issue and made repair per their warranty. Very pleased
Just bought a used Audi Q5 from Rennen Performance, and will look to them the next time I need a car. They stand behind the vehicles they sell. Very happy with the service and, in my mind, they have already established that it will be worth the extra 30 minute drive from Portland to Auburn whenever it needs servicing. You won't be disappointed!
I am letting the rest of the community know the owner cares about his customers. I posted a review and the next day i got a call from the owner to correct the issue. The alignment was fixed and the turn signal repaired. The owner understand the care to put the customer in the correct car even more so when it is the customers child who will be driving the car. With the owners action i will be making a purchase for my next young driver with Lake City. I thank them for their actions.
Salesman was friendly and personable. Took a couple test drives. Service was very quick. Once I decided I wanted to buy it, I was on the road in my Mustang in less than 30 minutes. The sticker price was pretty much their lowest so not a lot of room to haggle, but I did get them to round down to the nearest thousand.
After going to several dealerships I stopped in at Rowe Hyundai and was greeted by Jason Burns. He printed me out some info on the car I wanted, never putting pressure on me to buy right then. He said when I was ready to buy stop back in and he would help me find what I wanted. So forward 3 months later. I went back to see Jason. He got us into my dream car within hours. He was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, kind, took his time to go over everything with much patience. We have purchased many new cars over the years and I would say that this was the best experience buying a new car. He worked with us to get a great price.
We did not end up purchasing our car here, mostly because of a scheduling/inventory mismatch and we were on a tight timeline. But, we did look here, and I have to say that they have, hands-down, the best and most responsive email team. I hate car shopping, and especially hate shopping for a used car -- it often feels like we are not as valued by dealerships. There's not a lot of negotiation room these days, with Internet pricing, and we came to find out that the pricing at BerlinCity is incredibly competitive. Both the sales associate and general manager went above and beyond in messages with us, and while the deal didn't come together this time, I can say without hesitation that we will start our search here next time.
I needed just a basic-oil-change and switch-out-seasonal-tires, planned my appt for 7am so I could get to work directly afterward, was told it could take 1.5-2hrs, let Norberto know my need to get to work on time, he listened but said it might be possible it would be 8:30am when they finished, halfway thru appt he let me know they were willing to give me a loaner if it was getting close to 8:30am + if that was the case they were willing to do the airbag recall during the day while I was at work so I didn't have to come back next wk, LUCKILY it did not get to that point, I'm assuming they hustled (greatly appreciated), and my car was ready + I was at work with 10min to spare! Thank you!!
Just found my second van at Acord Auto. Got my first Honda Odyssey at Acord and, when it was totaled in an accident, I went back for seconds. Acord quickly found a replacement, had it detailed and made minor repairs, waited patiently while financing arranged. I an so pleased we discovered this great dealer. Zach and the crew are amazing.
I would not go anywhere else to have my car serviced. The service is great and the staff is outstanding. They are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.
