Stewart made it easy since the beginning to end, huge selection of vehicles and the price was reasonable
2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

RT Auto Center review
John The Finance Manager is a great guy, he is an asset for R/T Auto Center. To be honest I probably wouldn't have gotten the 2022 Mercedes-Benz S500 if it wasn't for him patiently working with myself on the phone & my out of town lender for a quick easy funding process. I would do future business with John again in the future, he has excellent customer service, communication and follower-thru. Thank You 🙏🏾

Mercedes-Benz of Orange County NY review
Scott Bateman, service advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Orange County, has yet again proved to be exceptional in his role and an integral part of the team at this dealership. His customer-focused approach highlights professionalism, attentiveness, communication, and respect for time. Scott goes out of his way to provide thorough and accurate information to his customers, ensuring details are understood every step of the way. The service videos are a unique touch that add to the experience and knowledge-base for customers, complementing the personal interfacing that is necessary for outstanding customer service. The Sales Department is key for getting customers into the dealership; however, the Service Department is crucial in maintaining longevity and sustainability for many years to come. Scott makes this vision a reality. I highly recommend Scott Bateman and the service team at Mercedes-Benz of Orange County/Benzel-Bush in Harriman, New York, near the Woodbury Commons, for all your service needs. I look forward to many more years of working with Scott and his team.

This car met my needs of comfort, reliability, safety and moon roof! Also needed easy cruise control and big front compartment for purse. Like the memory seat also.

100/10 Experience — Highly Recommend! I was shopping around under a tight deadline and needed to finalize and get a car within 3 days, and I honestly one of the best experiences!! From the moment I walked in, Luciano made everything smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Luciano was polite, humble, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything about the car in detail and worked hard to negotiate and get me the absolute best deal possible. He truly went above and beyond he even put a bow on my car, which made the moment extra special. What really stood out to me was how much they care about people, not just selling cars. I was there at night, and Luciano personally walked me to my car to make sure I got home safely, which says so much about his character. On top of that, he even dropped my car off at my home service you just don’t see anymore. This dealership doesn’t just sell cars; they treat you like family. Luciano is an amazing guy, and his boss Kevin is just as great. I can’t recommend these guys enough. If you’re looking for honesty, care, and an unbeatable experience, this is the place to go.
