Atlantic Coast Acura review
I am pleased to share my experience with you regarding my recent car lease. From my initial email inquiry, to the moment I stepped into the dealership, and eventually to the final handshake, I can confidently say that it was a thoroughly positive experience. Nash was incredibly helpful and patient. He took the time to understand my preferences and budget constraints before guiding me towards suitable options. His honest approach made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision-making process. He went above and beyond after the lease was completed to make sure I was a fully satisfied customer and I truly appreciate that. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with my car leasing experience. The dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction, coupled with their professionalism and transparency, made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family in the future. Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to share my feedback.
2019 Chrysler 300 review
My 2019 Chrysler 300 Ltd. replaced my previous car, Mercedes E420 which i loved and had for over 22 years. The Chrysler has much amazing worthwhile technology. It is comfortable, roomy and attractive. The 6 cylinder engine is like a V-8. When i replace this car, i will hope to purchase a newer version of this same car.

2019 Chrysler 300 review
Great car. My fifth 300. started with 99 300M, then 05 300C, 2012 300 Touring L, 2018 300 Touring S(got totalled a yr in with 7k miles) to my current 2019 Touring L. 3 yrs old with almost 24k miles, still love the car. Wanna hopefully get a 2023, so I can have the latest one before they stop making them. Love the ride, rwd layout, 3.6 engine with 8 speed, 8.4" U Connect with upgraded sound system and Bluetooth/Carplay excellent. Comfortable and roomy. I am 6 foot 1 inch and I have room aplenty. White paint with white leather interior look awesome.

I had a great experience buying a pre-owned pickup from this dealership. They were extremely professional and took the time to listen throughout the entire process. The buying process was easy. Their cars were all in great condition as well. I do think the truck could’ve been detailed slightly better after purchasing but all in all a great experience and would buy here again.

Fletcher Jones ImportsReviews
Fletcher Jones Imports review
I’ll be honest, car shopping isn’t something I typically enjoy, and I haven’t met many salespeople I’ve liked. That said, Michael Mondesi was a clear exception. I had visited the same dealership previously and chose not to move forward because of a poor sales experience. Mike completely changed that. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for before walking me through the available options on the lot. He provided detailed, thoughtful explanations of each vehicle, which ultimately helped me narrow my decision to a AMG GLS 63 SUV. We love it. There was absolutely no pressure, just honest guidance focused on helping me make the best decision for me and my family. When the time comes to replace my BMW, I’ll be going back to Michael. Thanks again for a job well done, Fletcher Jones is lucky to have you. I didn't use any financing and picked my vehicle up at the dealership. The process was super smooth--very impressive. I would give the entire team 5 stars.

McGrath Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram review
We were looking for a specific vehicle and found one we liked on line at this dealership. We called the dealership and spoke with Dylan. He was very courteous and and answered all of our questions. We decided to take the 4 hour trip to look at the vehicle we were interested in. Even though we did not end up purchasing the vehicle we were treated with the greatest respect and kindness. The only reason we did not purchase the vehicle was due to the color. Internet did not have a true likeness of the color. Dylan tried very hard to find the exact vehicle we wanted but did not seem to be available due to the shortage of vehicles at the time of our search. Would definitely do business with Dylan in the future.

I am giving this a five because Carla was so good to work with. The 2016 Forester was not a good experience. It road really rough and my wife hurt her back on the test drive. The radio did not work and the navigation system failed about halfway through the test drive. So, to sum it up. Our sales rep, Carla was great and the experience at the dealership was good, but the car we went to look at was kind of a disaster.

I worked with Shane to get my car. He was great! Way to work with, answered all my questions. The paperwork was quickly handled. My singular complaint was that it was a used car and they didn’t get it detailed, or offer to. It’s not a major issue, but it would have been nice since this was a new to me car. Other than that, I would totally recommend.

Performance Kings Honda review
I went to Performance Honda for an oil change. My advisor Paul, kept me informed regarding the progress of my service, and also informed me that I had an outstanding recall, which was done during my visit. Paul was very polite, and patient. He represents the true meaning of the words “Customer Service”. Way to go Paul!!!
