Everyone, from Austin the sales person to Jessica the sales assistant to the pre-owned sales manager and finance person, could not have been more friendly, helpful, or accommodating. I have owned and leased probably in excess of 100 cars in my life and this was by far the best experience I've ever had.

Mercedes-Benz of UnionReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Union review
Mia C. made our entire experience feel incredibly meaningful from start to finish. From the first moment we met her, she was welcoming, kind, and truly present with us. What we appreciated most was how genuine she was, there was never any pressure, just a real desire to make sure we felt comfortable and confident, especially my daughter, since this car was for her. She took her time with us, answered every question with care, and guided us in a way that felt honest and supportive. Thanks to Mia, the whole process was smooth and actually enjoyable, which isn't always the case when buying a car. In the end, we found the perfect one, and seeing how much my daughter loves it means everything to us. Mia's professionalism, warmth, and sincerity truly stand out. We are so thankful for her help and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a positive and memorable car-buying experience.
