Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

Loeber Motors Mercedes-Benz review
I have purchased Mercedes-Benz vehicles in the past, and most of the time I have had great experiences. However, today I had the pleasure of working with Tony Patel, a Mercedes-Benz Product Specialist, and he made my new vehicle purchase experience truly exceptional. I really appreciated his excellent customer service, patience, professionalism, and great attitude throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and enjoyable! I love doing business with people and places like Tony Patel and Loeber Motors. Thank you, Tony, for making this experience such a pleasant one! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Napleton's Valley HyundaiReviews
Napleton's Valley Hyundai review
Had a very good experience with Napleton's Valley Hyundai and Matt Cecil. He was friendly and professional, and our test drive went smoothly. We only had one or two pointed questions but he answered them honestly. We ended up getting the car and the process was pretty efficient.

We bought a Lexus NX200t from this dealership, a truly no-pressure experience and we got an amazing deal. We worked with Chris, who explained everything inside and out. No surprises like some of our previous purchases from other places. Definitely will come back for our next car, thanks Chris!
