Mercedes-Benz of South CharlotteReviews
Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte review
They say in life, there are two stressful purchases that most people may do. One is to buy a house and the other is to buy a car. Today we had the opportunity to purchase a car at Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte. We had the full Mercedes experience. We were warmly greeted as we entered the facility and had little wait time before meeting our sales consultant Raj Madan who was awesome. He make sure we had an opportunity to meet and greet the team that he would be working work with. We came in, we saw the car that we wanted and Raj and the team made it happen. Everyone was personable and professional. They were able to answer our questions and address any concerns that we had. Because Raj was so detailed the hubby and I go to bed tonight stress free. We are now a part of the Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte family.

Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte review
We recently purchased a new Mercedes EQE from Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte and had an outstanding experience. From start to finish, Raj was incredibly attentive and accommodating, working around our tight timeline and busy schedule. He went above and beyond to make the process seamless and stress-free. The entire team contributed to making this such a pleasant transaction. A special thank you to Darius Brown, Pat Oberer in Finance, Jeff Gourd the New Car Manager, Astrid, and the product specialist who patiently walked us through setting up our car. Everyone we encountered was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure we were taken care of. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Raj and the entire team at Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte.

Hendrick Motors of Charlotte review
I had an amazing experience with the service department at Hendrick Motors of Charlotte Mercedes-Benz. The service team was outstanding, professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. The lobby was beautiful, clean, and inviting, and the recent renovations really made a difference in the overall atmosphere. The updated space creates a comfortable and upscale environment that complements the Mercedes-Benz experience. It’s refreshing to visit a dealership where both the customer service and the facility make such a positive impression. The service department deserves recognition for making the experience so pleasant. Overall, I was very impressed and would highly recommend Hendrick Motors of Charlotte Mercedes-Benz to anyone looking for a great service experience!

CarMax Independence Boulevard review
On yesterday, April 24, I had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle I had been wanting for quite some time. Working with the team at Carmax on Independence Blvd in Charlotte, NC was worth the short drive from Columbia, SC. Everyone from Shakiyah (New Sales Consultant), Neil Petersen, Sales Consultant, Caleb (Sales Manager) and my absolute favorite, Kahlil, made my experience one of a kind! Thank you for your professionalism and for making my experience a great one!

I had such a great experience at Keffer Mazda Huntersville. Daniel Dewalt was the salesman I worked with, and I highly recommend asking for him. He is very knowledgeable, not a pushy salesman and professional. I am in love with my 2020 Mazda CX-9 Signature SUV. This is an incredible car! I went from a Lexus to a Mazda and can't believe how luxurious this car is. Please visit Keffer Mazda and ask for Daniel. He will take care of you!

Tracey made a great impression during my visit to Hendrick Motors of Charlotte Mercedes-Benz with her friendly demeanor and willingness to help. Although she works behind the scenes as a warranty administrator, she happened to be in the service lane when she noticed me and kindly helped me locate my service advisor. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist helped make my visit smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that Tracey takes pride in helping customers and ensuring they feel welcomed and taken care of. Employees like this are a valuable part of what makes the Mercedes-Benz service department exceptional. 2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.

Mercedes-Benz of Northlake review
We had a fantastic experience at Mercedes-Benz of Northlake from the moment we walked in. No pressure, no dealer gimmicks, just a warm welcome and a team that genuinely wanted to make sure we found the right car. Garrett was outstanding. I took the same EQE 350 on three test drives just to make sure it checked every box, and he was patient every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, friendly, transparent, and most importantly, trustworthy. Easily one of the best sales professionals I’ve ever worked with. Dan, the General Manager, was great as well and checked in with us throughout the process. Finance was quick and easy, and before we left, the team took the time to walk us through the car and personalize the setup. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and felt like buying a Mercedes should. A big thank you to Garrett, Dan, and the entire Northlake team!

Impex Auto Sales review
Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.
