I've used the service department several times and have been very pleased each time, though one time they changed my license name plate without my permission which did not make me happy.
Regarding their used car buyingnprocess, they have a good selection of cars but I found them to be OVERPRICED.
The entire experience exceeded my expectations at every level! The diagnosis and explanation were presented in a way that I understood exactly what was wrong with my car. Every single one of the staff members were professional, polite and respectful!
This is the third Audi we've purchased. From the moment we sat down with Janet I felt assured we were going to be able to seal a deal. She listened to our needs, prior experience with other sales staff and explained everything. We were so satisfied with Janet that we did something we have never done before. We purchased and had our car delivered within 4 days. She not only explained how everything works in the car but followed up with us later to see if we needed any other assistance and told us to call anytime we needed anything.
We were looking at 3 brands and chose Mercedes for so many reasons related to the vehicle itself. Now, when you add a wonderful salesman, you???re light years ahead of the game. Rick provided a package of information about the SLK350 I was interested in purchasing in less then 24 hours after my initial contact. Subsequent email and phone conversations made me feel comfortable that the car and paperwork would be ready when I was able to get to the Dealership on a Sunday. This was very important to me since I was coming from Montclair NJ, a distance I did not want to travel again if there were any issues. Rick also handled a somewhat minor problem with the Service Dept car prep to my satisfaction.

Jeff Marshall went above and beyond. He answered every question asked and I was able to get into a beautiful new vehicle with ease. The general manager William(Bill) Riedel was a true gentleman constantly checking to make sure I was being accommodated and happy with my future Purchase.
Overall, I cannot say enough about this dealership.
Being in the hospitality business myself, I am driven by a level of service that creates both a memory and experience. Mercedes Benz of Huntington did not disappoint. Anthony Mastroianna was the sales associate that assisted me from start to finish. His approach was warm and welcoming and at no time during the process did I feel pressured.
I know my customer service rep a little too well...

The service at Mercedes-Benz of Huntington is wonderful. Unfortunately, I'm there too often. My 350E gets a flat or blowout frequently - a pot hole or change in weather can trigger. On Thanksgiving Day we got TWO flat tires at once, a trick to handle with only one spare. Tom Palermo handled our service needs quickly and efficiently and made it clear that I am not alone. As often as I get my flats, he assured me that other car owners get theirs far more frequently than me.
My dealership if choice for Mercedes Benz. Eric Grobert sets and surpasses the bar for service, professionalism and commitment to customer retention. He tries to secure an appt for you asap. Usually very happy with actual service, as I was this time; or so I thought. I was told it was a software issue and an oil change. $500+. As I write this review, car failed to go into gear & it is sitting at aamco for an intelligence module within the transmission, a rebuilt transmission. Estimated cost $5300! I'm not sure what MBHuntington missed, but in addition to $5300, lots of lost time & inconvenience for me.
I went to change a tire. Thei did not honor the insurance policy that Mercedes sold me. I had to pay in advance .
I went to replace a broken moon roof that practically exploded. It happened while driving on a highway with no cars arroud me and no overpass in view. They claimed it was broken from some exterior factor because the corners were bent, witch is not true. They again asked me to pay in advance. I went to replace the sunroof to another dealer.
We recently purchased our second vehicle from Wallingford Auto Park, our salesman Jeff went above and beyond showing us many cars. We had a couple issues when we picked up the vehicle but Wallingford Auto Park took care of them right away and redetailed the vehicle and gave us a free oil change.
Always a pleasure to work with Frank. He makes it so easy. No stress at all. This is my 3rd lease with BOSS Auto Group and they provide incredible, friendly service. They do all the leg work, all you have to do is sign the papers and drive off in your new car! No trips to the dealer, no pushy salesman to deal with at the dealership. All you need to do is just deal with Frank and he takes care of it all for you! Thanks again.
