Adams North CharlotteReviews
Adams North Charlotte review
Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.

Absolutely love it, loaded with features including self parking. Sports car with different drive modes and yet luxury comfortable. So far not a single issue, very reliable. Highly recommend.

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

Charlotte was key in getting us to come in and get our 31st truck for our fleet. Jeff Wasson was perfect in communication as the truck completed the reconditioning.
2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.

My experience at Hendrick Motors of Charlotte Mercedes-Benz was truly exceptional! I especially want to recognize Tracey, who works behind the scenes but made a lasting impression with her warm smile and welcoming personality. Sometimes the smallest gestures make the biggest difference, and she made me feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. The entire service department was kind, professional, and efficient, getting me in and out in no time while making the experience seamless and pleasant. Thank you, Tracey, and the entire team for reminding me that exceptional customer service is about more than the service itself it’s about making people feel valued. Five stars all around! Hendrick Motors of Charlotte review
Tristan in service was awesome. My family and I service here all the time and have met him a handful of times and he makes us feel like we are kings when we come in. The new renovations look amazing on this place too, glad to see everything being updated to a more modern and fashionable establishment.

OMG Auto Sales LLCReviews
2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.
