LIAM G. made me happy! After two HORRIBLE experiences, Liam pulled through and did me right. When I say horrible, let me tell you, a brand new 2022 GLE 350 had a new transmission BEFORE I made the first payment and three times it wouldn't go into reverse. OMG. It was a nightmare; I have PTSD just thinking writing this. But my new 2025 is a DREAM. LIAM didn't play; he made this very sad girl very happy. I have waited to write this for almost 4 months to make sure my good experience is real! It is! Thank you again to LIAM. He's my new BFF! Thank you, Liam. Thank you.

No real issues with the dealership. However, cannot say the same a out the vehicle. The electronics leave much to be desired and from what I've been told cannot be improved. That's really unfortunate since it otherwise drives and handles really well.

Mercedes-Benz of DelrayReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Delray review
I recently purchased a 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from Delray Mercedes, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Benjamin Shatkun made the entire process smooth and pressure-free — took the time to walk me through the GLC 300’s features, answered every question thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed into a decision. The whole team was transparent about pricing and financing, and the paperwork process with Camryn was quick and straightforward. It’s clear they genuinely care about getting customers into the right vehicle rather than just closing a sale. I love my new GLC 300, and a big part of why the purchase felt so easy was working with Benjamin and the team at Delray Mercedes. Highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a Mercedes.

When I called for service, I received an immediate appointment. Manny was my service manager. He could not have done better. After we discussed what was and what might be needed, it was apparent that it was more than a day's service. Manny arranged for a loaner car. It was a C-Class and drove wonderfully. Dropping off the loaner and picking up my car upon completion was easy, fast, and not complicated. Over--all a good experience.

I was so happy with my experience at MB Coconut Creek. I had great communication with Brittany Moreau prior to my visit and it was easy and quick to get everything done in one day. Very appreciative!

Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke PinesReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines review
Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines has an excellent customer service department, my customer service advisor is a very fun and energetic guy, Melvin every time I need him all I got to do is call him and he never said no or I’m to busy (even when they are) he makes me feel like if he is there only to serve me and there no other customers. He also makes me feel like if I know him for ever. I always look forward to see him every time my car needs a change of tires or a problem with my car. And there is another person that works in there( I think his the manager that takes care of the cars that come in for service) Spanish guy, he also goes beyond to help Melvin and myself. Love the service.

Mercedes-Benz of Miami review
The sales staff were absolutely excellent, the service department is also excellent, The only caveat I would have is I would not recommend purchasing the insurance packages they offer on a new car. because I had to return my new car pretty much immediately for service, and they wouldn?t let me cancel one of the two packages I bought. They told me there?s absolutely no refunds, and even if you sell the car there?s no prorated refund once purchased.

Raul is the best!! Takes great care of my car! Great customer service and really nice!
2018 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 review
Bought this car used in 2020, 30k miles when I bought it. It now has just about 50k, two years later. The only problem I’ve encountered with it so far is the battery running out. I was able to get it replaced under the warranty. It’s by far my favorite vehicle, love the sporty style, the interior, gas mileage. Only con I would have to mention is the low profile tires, feeling every bump in the road. I have to drive very slowly over railroads. However, I love the look of the low profile. The drive is smooth and pretty quiet on the freeway. Great speakers, great bass. Love the panoramic sunroof. Highly recommend this C Class!

2020 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 review
I was happy with my first one the 2014 initial model. The pedals were a bit small if you were heels that is corrected. There was a horrible blind spot which is corrected. The steering wheel was a bit too small seems better. Wish it had a cd player as my old cd of my deceased dad cant be played but it connects to your phone with ease. It locates police clocking you. Its very fast and the lights and new body are out. I recommend this car any day of the week.
