I highly recommend this dealership. I have been buying new cars every three to four years for over 30 years now and this was by far the easiest/smoothest buying process so far! This was my first time buying a pre-owned car from other than a large name-brand car dealership, and what a difference! We purchased a 2019 RAM 1500 with only 9700 miles on it. We were was able to negotiate everything via email and text prior to going to the dealership. We worked with Mo and Tom, and these guys were fantastic. They were honest and kept their word - try getting that at a big dealership! The guys gave us an amazing deal, below market value; and in addition, they gave us what we asked for on our trade - again, showing that they were not only honest, but fair. I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

Crystal was great, I went to the inspection because my husband couldn?t and all the information that I got was clear and easy to understand, they got in charge of a recall that was due on our car; also the location of this place is really convenient, right in front of rose pike so you don?t have to stay at the dealership for hours without nothing to do.

I have been in the market to replace my ML400 and was looking to upgrade to a GLE AMG53. I have done my homework and know what I want and quickly learned that I would have to order. I dealt with a number of dealers and sales people (including someone else at this dealership) in my attempts to buy a car, but they either: were non-responsive, wanted to sell me something I don't want, evaded my questions, ghosted me, etc. I love my MB and was hoping to get another one, but it got to the point that I was contemplating switching makes. I finally reached out to Danny Nasr. He was extremely responsive, professional, answered my questions, and provided helpful information. We ironed out my build within a day, and he offered a fair price. I should get my car in in a few months. No games. Done!

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. I've had only great experiences at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. I bought a used 2012 GLK from Michael Prati, who was able to find me the perfect match within my price range. He talked me through every step of the way and was always transparent and reasonable. Every time I've returned the service has been helpful and pleasurable! Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

The sales team is very knowledgeable and there was no pressure to purchase immediately. Aaron answered all my questions about the vehicle as well as giving me a rather fair price for my trade which actually surprised me. I didn't purchase a vehicle that day, but I will be back for a used AMG.
