Mercedes-Benz of MiamiReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Miami review
We went to Mercedes-Benz of Miami to look for a car for our daughter. We had found a couple of pre-owned cars in their inventory and visited the dealership to view the cars. We were greeted by a receptionist who asked a salesman to help us. The salesman was knowledgeable and professional and showed us the cars in which we had interest including a test drive. We did not purchase the car on this visit. A few weeks went by and we looked at the dealership's website and found a car we were interested in and, once again, visited the dealership and worked with the same salesman. The salesman told us that the car in which we were interested was not available for sale because it had an issue that the service department couldn't fix and that the car was going to be sent to an auction. This actually bolstered our confidence in this dealership as they didn't want to sell a car they knew had a an issue they couldn't fix. While we were there to see the car Mercedes-Benz of Miami wouldn't sell, we found the perfect car for our daughter. We were able to make a deal and buy the car. Every person we worked with at the dealership was professional and nice. We strongly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Miami.

Mercedes-Benz of Miami review
The sales staff were absolutely excellent, the service department is also excellent, The only caveat I would have is I would not recommend purchasing the insurance packages they offer on a new car. because I had to return my new car pretty much immediately for service, and they wouldn?t let me cancel one of the two packages I bought. They told me there?s absolutely no refunds, and even if you sell the car there?s no prorated refund once purchased.
2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

Great place and everyone’s very welcoming. Especially Mr Jeffrey Kelly he was very helpful.
2022 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

Thxs a CARLITOS Y REY INCREIBLE REPRESENTACIÓN DEL TEAM. You both are incredibles Honestamente un lugar limpio, profesional y con gran inventario que es digno de recomendar

2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. So... I did the entire deal over emails, messages and a couple phone calls...and I don't have the words to describe not just the awesome blue sl450... but the entire group of peeps that had a hand in making this deal happen. Brandon, nothing less than miracle worker, while 2 other dealership were dragging thier feet and not really into putting the entire deal together without a body in front of them. I live in ocala and so it's just over a 5 hr drive each way...and as promised Brandon had absolutely everything done before I got there... so I spent less than an hour at the dealership and then drove another 5 hrs home... and I can't thank everyone that had a hand in putting this deal together.

Mercedes-Benz of Miami review
I had an excellent experience at the Mercedes Benz dealership! The customer service was outstanding, and the staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, attentive and welcoming throughout the entire process. All my questions were answered and they made me feel comfortable and valued. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. I appreciate the exceptional service and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a first class customer service experience.
2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Have 40k and only maintenance has been annual oil changes and a new set of tires. Ride is super comfortable, interior is total luxury. First Mercedes we have owned, owed BMWs and Porches, and would definitely buy Mercedes again. Get compliments from anyone riding in the car. Only nit is navigation, but we use Apple CarPlay so no big deal

2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
This has been my 5th MB, and is one of my favorites to date. It is an E400 4-matic coupe. Looks great, and even though 6 years old, most people think it is new. performance is not track-worthy but perfect for touring and everyday driving. Has been bulletproof mechanically and i consistently get 22-24 mpg average with spirited driving. Having the old screen is cumbersome, but I'm sure they have fixed it with newer models.
