This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class review
I’ve had my GLA for about 6,000 miles and so far it hasn’t had a single problem. I drove it back from Houston to Michigan and got 34 mpg best, since I’ve got it I’ve gotten 28 mpg combined average. Very comfortable, fun to drive and -fast for a 4 cylinder! The only thing I think it lacks is cargo room. Plenty good for 85% of the time but there are times I need to haul a more. Premium gas is expensive but it seems to run just fine on mid grade too in a pinch. I love this car but Im thinking of getting a mini van as a second car for occasional hauling needs.

2015 Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class review
I have owned my 2015 for just under two years, this car is a maintenance nightmare. If you don’t know how to work on them, paying for it is going to be a hefty price. My thermostat blew 3 separate times in 6 months for a total of about $5000. The infotainment system and other luxury options are basic so do look to be impressed there. Using the paddle shifters is laggy and jerky at higher RPMs. Do I regret buying the car? No. Obviously if you’re looking at this car it’s not for extreme reliability, it’s a fun car to drive and zoom around in, good on gas, very fast, and enjoyable experience when your behind the wheel.

2015 Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class review
Got my 2015 gla in 2016. Drove it from NJ to DC every week even in the middle of a blizzard.. I feel like it has a more agile power steering. It can fit it anywhere. The ride is smooth and quiet. It’s now 2025, what do you think? I got the mountain grey color. It still shines like new!

Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.
