Was having constant headliner rattling noise either from headliner or panoramic roof. First took vehicle to Tyson's Corner Mercedes-Benz, Service Writer assistant manager Told me the noise was coming from the headliner and needed to be replaced which requires removing the front windshield which mostly break on the removal process and replaced with a non Mercedes-Benz original acoustic windshield. I decided I needed a second opinion service appointment at Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly. With a good news phone call message from service advisor: Cristian Grijalva that the headliner was not the issue it was the panoramic roof assembly parts that needed to to lubed. The headliner/roof noise is now gone. "Thank you MB Chantilly"

50k miles and still a blast - GLA45 AMG

Bought the 2015 GLA45 AMG Edition 1 on a whim, it looks like an old Group B Rally Car and performs like one as well. Great handling with curb-clearing suspension height.The hatchback means it works well for getting groceries and the 2.0 liter engine means it gets much better gas mileage than other cars nearing 400 horsepower. The ride is much stiffer than other Mercedes. It has lots of great luxury features, the front and rear parking sensors are excellent, and they turn on automatically at low speeds. Basically, this is a luxury Subaru STI with more horsepower.
I was told my service would only take 60 minutes. It only took 35 minutes. My time is very important to me.

The GLA 45 AMG was my choice in my most recent car purchase because I needed a little more capacity, but I didn't want to go full in for an SUV. I also wanted something with get up and go, which the AMG version of this vehicle provided with 355 horsepower generated from the 4 cylinder engine. The car has continued to fulfill my needs. On the up side, the styling is good, the acceleration is outstanding, and it offers a good sound from the exhaust. On the down side, the quality of the components remind you that this is from the very low end of the luxury car maker. But the one truly serious fail is with the tires. The car does not come with a spare tire or jack. It is equipped with an air pump and a can of flat fixing solution. I've had two problem tires so far. The first time I was on the side of a freeway at rush hour and I was not going to try to dig out the pump and solution with cars whizzing by inches away. The second time I was able to get to the dealership. But in each case there is only one tire made to fit the car and it is not in stock anywhere. I was left without transportation for three days awaiting a tire the first time and I live in constant fear that I will encounter tire trouble while on a trip out of town leaving me stranded awaiting a tire for days.
My Jaguar came from another dealer. This was its first service and I was concerned about servicing at a different dealer. I was delighted to find the service advisor, Joe Simoules, took time to explain the Jaguar warranty and service programs and provided advice on a few use items. Everyone there was welcoming and helpful.

This car has a stout engine and transmission, distinctive industrial interior that is beautiful. Great gas mileage considering power. Minor negatives are mirrors that don't fold,protruding headrest, must adjust front seat to fold down rear seat. Intrinsic negatives are poor visibility and small interior/poor space utilization.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
The dealership it???s self and the staff working here are the best! Amazing help from all staff, even taking me to the bank to get the check.
50,000 Miles Review

After driving this car for 50,000 miles, I certainty would not recommend it to anyone. The ride is extremely stiff, handing is terrible, and after driving the car for 1-2 years, engine becomes so loud even if you do all the services on time. Compared to similar cars from brands like Lexus, Audi or even Toyota and Chevrolet, this car feels very heavy and it seems like it takes so much power just to get the car moving. The interior and exterior styling is only positive thing about this car. Performance and comfort is absolutely terrible and overall I would not recommend this car.
Extremely knowledgeable and personable. Most responsive.

I just purchased this car a week ago. At this point, it looks great and drives well. If it's anything like my old C class, I'll enjoy if for many years to come. I had very little maintenance issues with my old one. Let the good times roll!!
I really regret not going to Action Automotive sooner! Every other dealer I visited used high-pressure/high-stress sales tactics, had zero respect for my very busy work schedule, and not one of them could even get my name right!
Ben had everything ready to go, and got to work right away on beating my bank's finance rate. I was in and out quickly, with no pressure, no stress, and a great rate on my loan. Would DEFINITELY recommend!!!

This car handles so well and is fantastic in the snow! Great gas mileage and very stylish!! My only complaint is it's a bit small!
