2021 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
Ordered my GLB250 with all the right equipment - Spendy as my car topped out at over $52,000. Beautiful styling. I get compliments all the time - I had my car de-badged so there is an air of "What is it?" A few things I wish were standard equipment was the driver assist (radar based cruse control) and 360 camera system - all extra cost. The upgraded stereo was a must - I wish it had more low end sound. The Air Con seems weak - takes time to cool down on HOT days. My car is black with pano roof. I have a co worker who has a GLB and at less than 10,000 miles blown his cyl heads - OUCH $7,000 repair covered by warranty. Seems to be a common fault. The ride is graet - the milage is OK - I average around 21 in town and 30 on the highway. My previous GLA250 got excellent milage of 34 on the highway and 25 in town. I have the 7 passenger and love it - it is great for the kids 5.5 and under but it is not for adult seating. when not in use it has ample storage room. I have the Black w/ night package, advance lighting, pano roof, AMG styling package, Burmister stereo, Prem Package and the 19 inch 5 spoke AMG rims. Just a beautiful car with lots of curb appeal.

2020 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
Purchased the 2021 GLB because I was looking for a compact-sized SUV with third row seating for kids. The GLB also has a modern interior, I like the turbine-style air vents and the "surfboard" infotainment and instrument cluster. Despite what others have said about navigating the infotainment, I don't find it hard or cumbersome to use. However, one nuisance is having to scroll to the radio presets every now and then on the instrument display, sometimes it doesn't save the last setting. I also like the large panoramic sunroof although that's a $1500 option. The engine is peppy and the car is nimble (for an SUV) and has great class gas mileage. There are a few annoyances though: 1) The 2nd row seats don't fold all the way down IF the seats are moved to the front most position (the headrest hits the front seats), this makes it even more difficult to climb into the 3rd row; 2) Android Auto and Apply Carplay doesn't take up the full 10.25 inch infotainment screen, Google Maps only displays 7 inches; 3) the dual exhaust tips are fake. The GLB isn't very stylish, isn't very fast and performance-oriented, and it's not the most luxurious Mercedes; however it offers the perfect practicality. The only competitor is the Discovery Sport which is also a compact, luxury SUV with a third row.

Excellent Service from the Dealer, I was in a tough spot that could have easily left me with a bad taste in my mouth, but thanks to their quick and friendly help, it turned into a positive experience. I truly appreciate their prompt service and genuine willingness to help.
2022 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
My Glb is probably the nicest suv I have ever driven. The ride is great, very little road noise. The info screen is huge and easy to use. The interior is luxurious and comfortable, big enough for 4 adults and I child or 3 large dogs. The 4 cylinder with a turbo is peppy and can step right up to pass.

We have a long standing relationship with Mike Iacino at Acura of Avon. He makes it so easy to purchase a new vehicle. He knows his client and knows what that client would be happy with. Of course, we love the product so selling us a new car is easy! All the other salespeople, including the manager, are always warm and welcoming . And, you know that the Service Department will stand tall as well. I can't forget to mention Nissa Johnson in the Finance office. She is really the very best!

2023 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
Love my GLB! Feel like its stands for "Great Lil Benz." :) Drives more like an SUV than a car and that's what I wanted. There is more cargo space due to the square-ish boot. Dynamic mode gives you everything from Econo to Sport. The dash is beautiful, the ride is excellent and the price is fantastic. A win all the way around.

2022 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
Seeing that the used car market was so strong I traded in my 2017 SL 550 for a 2022 GLB 250. Actually, it wasn’t as difficult of a transition as I thought it would be. Of course I left the dealership with a brand new car and a check for $9k so that was nice. It has been an adjustment to go from 449 hp to 221 hp. Overall, I am extremely happy with this car. I think it is an unbelievable value. It is priced $5k more than the smaller GLA and $5k less than the GLC. It has a somewhat boxy styling but I think it definitely looks unique. Although I didn’t get it - I like the idea of a third row even if it is small. I absolutely love the giant tech screen in this car. The interior is very nice and the space in the back of the SUV is plenty big. This car drives smooth and I am very pleased with the stock stereo system. I definitely recommend this SUV.

My only complaint is that the vehicle comes with run flat tires and no spare. The run flat tires don't allow for the best ride, but when it comes to everything else, the GLB is very good.

New Country Motor Cars review
Satisfying Experience I went to this dealership on a whim just to get familiar with the different types of cars they had. I knew I wanted my first Mercedes-Benz but I wasn’t sure which class I wanted. There was a lady salesperson I don’t recall her name whom I had a conversation with but she had to leave so she introduced me to Michael Nwachukwu. He was kind and very patient seeing that I had a thousand and one questions I’m sure he would agree. 😊 Michael took me on a test drive and I fell in love with the GLC 300 and that was all it took. The next day I was back wanting to put a deposit down on the car so they would hold it for me. I love how Michael always greeted me by my name when I walked into the dealership as if he had known me for years. Although he didn’t know it that is one of my biggest pet peeve’s for a person to not remember my name so he immediately got a 10 with me. I could go on and on but I’ll just end this with it was the most satisfying experience I had working with Michael and I wish him well and will refer him to any friend I know who wants to buy a car. Thank you Michael N keep up the good work 👍🏾 Miss M

New Country Motor Cars review
World-Class Experience at New Country Motor Cars – Worth the 3-Hour Drive! I recently purchased a Mercedes from New Country Motor Cars in Hartford, CT, and I can confidently say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, Ryan H. went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless, personal, and top-tier. Before I even made the trip, Ryan sent me a detailed video of the car, walking me through everything so I knew exactly what to expect. His communication was clear, timely, and never pushy—just genuinely helpful. I drove 3 hours to pick up the car, and the level of service I received was absolutely worth the trip. When I arrived, the vehicle was immaculate, the tank was full, and every step of the process was handled with professionalism and care. Ryan treated me like a VIP, and I left not only with an incredible car but with total confidence in my decision. If you're considering buying a Mercedes—no matter where you live—this is the dealership to go to. Ask for Ryan H. You won't regret it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brought my ‘24 GLE in for a check engine light and a rear window washer blockage. Service tech found exhaust baffle blocked due to icing, heated and greased with great success. Tech also found washer fluid line blocked and frozen. This problem was also corrected. Tech performed a complete vehicle inspection as well. All service work was accomplished with no charge. The dealership also provided me with a brand new 2026 GLC courtesy car for the day. Five Star ⭐️ service including my time spent with Tom O’Connor my service advisor!

5 star service from every interface with employees- start to finish. I was able to get my car towed to the dealer, a ride to the dealership and a new tire was installed. Same day. And everyone was helpful and understanding. Top notch. Many thanks.

Mercedes-Benz of Springfield review
Working with salesperson Abdu was a pleasure from start to finish. He was thorough and when issues were out of his control he was very communicative in letting me know what was happening. He was very personable and explained the car in great detail as this was my first experience with MB of Springfield. I love my purchase and my deal which was also a pleasurable experience with the finance person. I look forward to future engagements with the rest of the Departments.
2020 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

CarMax Augusta review
I sold my Kia Soul to Carmax a few months ago. The offer was at the price I was asking on other sites. My Soul had only 33k miles on it but pressures from my mom made me sell it. The offer came via text message and it was a super quick sale. The check was deposited without issues. It was all very smooth.
2021 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

CarMax Glencoe (Edens Expy) review
I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.

2022 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
I planned on waiting another few years to purchase this car I really wanted because a year ago I bought a GLA at Mercedes Benz St Louis in Hampton. It was much smaller than what I was used to previously owning two M classes and an X5 (larger SUVs) but I had a budget I wanted to firmly stick to. I had awful experiences at dealerships prior and had bought most vehicles private party because being a woman I would be treated a particular way or have my time wasted sitting around etc. Lesa was my salesperson and was amazing and as a business owner my time is limited I told her what I wanted what I wanted to pay etc and I was in and out and treated with the utmost care and respect by her. SHE is the main reason I upgraded before my timeline because she kept in touch knowing I did want and need a larger vehicle and again she made the process quick fast and smooth and I absolutely love love my GLB! Her service to a client and being impartial to me being a woman didn’t matter she just knew I was only buying a car if I got the price and color and extras I wanted and I did. Love my new car and experience dealing with her. In and out and not wasting my time. Highly recommend this vehicle and Lesa was amazing if in St. Louis go there use her period
