Great place for quick and easy service. They have a quick lube here and the price was right.
2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 review
My 2 honest cents. Just bought the 2024 GLS 450 and it has a huge presence on road and it looks stunning! I went with the AMG exterior package and it looks way better than the base model. Ride quality is good, very smooth ride on freeways but you do feel small bumps on occasional city roads. The engine is good but I wish it had a bit more power, feels little laggy at low speeds but when you floor it it moves fast and steering is very responsive. On the other hand, cabin very silent tho and you barely get to hear road noise (without acoustic package). The Mileage is incredible on this, wasn't expecting to write about it but the GLS gives better mileage than my GLC. Interiors are amazing and is something no other manufacturer in this segment can match (especially at night with ambient lights), seats are super comfy and the infotainment screens are also crisp. Overall, love this SUV and i'm gonna keep it for a while.

Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte review
They say in life, there are two stressful purchases that most people may do. One is to buy a house and the other is to buy a car. Today we had the opportunity to purchase a car at Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte. We had the full Mercedes experience. We were warmly greeted as we entered the facility and had little wait time before meeting our sales consultant Raj Madan who was awesome. He make sure we had an opportunity to meet and greet the team that he would be working work with. We came in, we saw the car that we wanted and Raj and the team made it happen. Everyone was personable and professional. They were able to answer our questions and address any concerns that we had. Because Raj was so detailed the hubby and I go to bed tonight stress free. We are now a part of the Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte family.

Audi NorthlakeReviews
Audi Northlake review
From start to finish, my experience with Audi of Northlake was absolutely exceptional. I officially closed on my purchase this past Saturday, September 26, 2026, and I truly could not have asked for a smoother process. Jeremy, David, James, Kendall, & Dave all played a part in making my purchasing experience incredibly easy and hassle-free. Every question I had was answered, helpful suggestions were provided along the way, and the entire transaction felt organized, transparent, and seamless from beginning to end. It was simply a clean, straightforward deal, and there is honestly nothing I would change about the experience. This was actually my second purchase from this location, and once again, they delivered 10/10 service. The level of professionalism, communication, and customer care is exactly why I continue to return. I’m sure I’ll be back again in the future when it’s time for another purchase, but until then, Audi of Northlake will always be my top recommendation when it comes to the Audi brand. Hands down, an excellent experience!

I had a great experience at the Mercedes-Benz service department! From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, friendly, professional, and attentive. Ryder, the lane porter, was especially helpful and courteous. He greeted me warmly and personally led me to my service advisor, making the check-in process smooth, easy, and stress-free. The entire team created a positive, customer-focused atmosphere that made me feel valued and appreciated. It’s clear that they care about providing excellent customer service and making sure every customer feels taken care of. Thank you, Ryder, and the entire Mercedes-Benz service team, for making my visit such a pleasant experience. Exceptional hospitality and outstanding service from start to finish! Highly recommend!

North Motor Group review
Recently purchased a vehicle and had a great experience! Paul was very informative and helpful in selecting the right vehicle for us. He pointed out features on two vehicles we were interested in, both pros and cons of each, and let us make the decision without any pressure to purchase. Minor problem with the vehicle we chose, but he addressed it and the car is great. We are very happy with our selection and highly recommend North Motor Group for your next car purchase.

Tracey made a great impression during my visit to Hendrick Motors of Charlotte Mercedes-Benz with her friendly demeanor and willingness to help. Although she works behind the scenes as a warranty administrator, she happened to be in the service lane when she noticed me and kindly helped me locate my service advisor. It’s clear that Tracey takes pride in helping customers and ensuring they feel welcomed and taken care of. Employees like this are a valuable part of what makes the Mercedes-Benz service department exceptional. My recent experiene at Hendrick Motors of Charlotte was outstanding !! My Client Advisor, Miguel Chirinos, made the entire process smooth and stress free. He is very knowledgeable, professional and very patient with me during the entire process. Miguel took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the purchase. I truly appreciated his honesty and dedication to providing outstanding customer service rather than pushing for a sale. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great overall experience.

2020 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 review
We just bought this car. Comfortable, roomy, easy to drive. Not quite a luxury ride that the Lexus GL has but performs well. Takes a second to get comfortable with the bells and whistles. Beautiful car, 2 2 2 seating. Easy for kids to get in without climbing over or moving a seat. We bought this SUV for me to drive around town as well as to school carpool my grandchildren. So far...very pleased. This is my third Mercedes. My only complaint with Mercedes is the fuel tank on the passenger side. I feel a little more vulnerable being on the opposite side of the driver side when pumping fuel. I assume it has been this way for years. I guess safety at the gas station was not as big of a concern as it is today. If considering a luxury SUV test drive. I think you will be pleased/

2019 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 review
I bought this vehicle is a retirement car. He moves great is responsive and very smooth. I wanted a retirement car for my retirement. I am 60 years old and I want that something that represent my current status with luxury interiors, beautiful blue color, and 20 inch wheels it is awesome looking. I can reach 70 in the blink of an eye any moves like it's going at 30 or 40 miles an hour. He has an awesome radio system. although it is not all digital, the radios are for listening. I have an excellent sound, System. Great interiors, great materials, great lighting if you're planning to buy a GLS the 450 is definitely one of your best choices.

They were great but, unfortunately, the car did not have all the options I was looking for.
2017 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 review
I purchased the vehicle off of a lease in March with 60K miles. Overall I am pleased with the purchase. For the size the SUV is very nimble. The surround camera is a must. On a 350 mile round trip my 5'6" daughter-in-law had no issues sitting in the third row. I put the car seat for my grandson in the 2nd row drivers side because lifting the 2nd row back after 3rd row access is cumbersome and heavy on the drivers since you have to lift the middle seat as well. MB you have to make the 2nd row power back to upright position. Adaptive cruise control is outstanding but keep in mind you have to get the Driver Assistance package to get it. Harmon/Kardon surround sound is very nice. My big complaint is sometimes at speeds above 65 MPH there is front vibration. Does not happen all the time, sometimes I can cruise at 80 MPH and feels like I am sitting in my living room. I think it may have something to do with the Pirellis, I plan to switch very soon to Michelins. A very classy, roomy and comfortable SUV

Special. A delight to drive. Love the way it handles. Extremely responsive, both acceleration and steering. Cabin is very quiet and at night almost too relaxing.

Mercedes-Benz of Northlake review
We had a fantastic experience at Mercedes-Benz of Northlake from the moment we walked in. No pressure, no dealer gimmicks, just a warm welcome and a team that genuinely wanted to make sure we found the right car. Garrett was outstanding. I took the same EQE 350 on three test drives just to make sure it checked every box, and he was patient every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, friendly, transparent, and most importantly, trustworthy. Easily one of the best sales professionals I’ve ever worked with. Dan, the General Manager, was great as well and checked in with us throughout the process. Finance was quick and easy, and before we left, the team took the time to walk us through the car and personalize the setup. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and felt like buying a Mercedes should. A big thank you to Garrett, Dan, and the entire Northlake team!

Very happy with my purchase from RBM Alpharetta. The car has a very comfortable interior with all the features available. Handles well in town and on long drives. Good acceleration for such a big vehicle. Love the contemporary exterior.

Taking my CLA here from now on. I got services at other Mercedes locations in CLT before but never had such a customer focused experience like I did with everyone at Northlake. Shoutout to Richard for taking care of my baby!
2025 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 review
I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.

The GLS has the luxury of a sedan and the versatility of an SUV. This is the fourth GL series that I have had and would not consider another vehicle.

I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.

CarMax Birmingham review
My wife went in to buy a car alone, as I was out of state working. She worked with a salesman by the name of Mr. Jolly. He was amazing with her. He showed her the cars she wanted to look at, ran credit through the bank of our request and spent the necessary time it took to seal the deal. He was steadfast, helpful and attentive. I was please to meet Mr. Jolly and thank him personally when I came in a few days later to sign paperwork that she had already signed. She was happy and if mama is happy, I'm happy.
