Sabrina was so nice and energetic. No other pressure. Best thing is that they were able to match competition coupon. She also helped with warranty repair. Wish they had vacuumed car and washed day of when picked up. Wish they had better refreshments being Mercedes-Benz rather than only coffee and water.

Anytime Auto Group review
What a wonderful experience. The transaction itself was completely flawless. STAN handled it perfectly in every way. The most impressive thing about STAN was the way handled uncontrollable things that would pop-up. Another key was how he insisted that I do a pre-purchase inspection with any mechanic to insure I was comfortable with my purchase. I did and was very satisfied with that whole process as well. When I went back to talk to Stan about some general maintenance advice, he was really helpful, and friendly, even though the dealership was really busy at the time. He didn't just overlook me, because our deal was closed. We are looking to purchase two more vehicles within the next few months, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Honest, great pricing, and extremely helpful. What else can you ask for?

CARVIAReviews
CARVIA review
Great used car buying experience at CARVIA! I recently bought a used car here and couldn't be happier. The salesperson Stan was honest and transparent from the start, shared the vehicle history report, and pointed out the car's condition without hiding anything. I was able to take my time inspecting it and test drive it with zero pressure or pushy add-ons. The paperwork was quick and straightforward, with no hidden fees. The car was clean and ready on pickup day. Thank you to the whole team for the professionalism and fair dealing. Highly recommend!

LA City CarsReviews
LA City Cars review
I had a great experience at LA City Cars in Inglewood, thanks to Alejandro and Dion. Alejandro was an excellent salesman—very patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Dion, the manager, was equally impressive. He was professional, transparent, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Together, they created a welcoming and trustworthy environment, which made a big difference in my car-buying experience. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend anyone looking for a good car and honest service to visit LA City Cars and ask for Alejandro and Dion.

CarMax HendersonReviews
CarMax Henderson review
I’m officially a CarMax fan for life! If I could give this team more than 5 stars, I would. My entire experience—from the high-energy sale to the incredible post-purchase service—has been top-tier. The Buying Experience: I came in looking for a specific Tesla Model Y that was still being processed as a trade-in. Despite the logistical hurdles, Mark worked tirelessly to make the car available for me to buy that same day. He then handed us off to Briana M., and the rest was history! A huge shoutout to the Business Operations Manager, Cherisse O., for her expertise in clearing the paperwork and title issues so I could drive home in the car I wanted. The Trade-In: CarMax made trading in my Jeep Laredo X incredibly easy. While Friendly Ford in Las Vegas tried to lowball me at $25,500, CarMax offered a fair $31,800. They are honest and easily the best to work with. The Service (The True Test): The real 5-star service happened after the sale. My 2025 Tesla Model Y had a minor error, and Vanessa Blaschick in the service department was a total rockstar. She walked me through the entire process, kept me updated constantly, and coordinated a transfer to Tesla to ensure it was repaired correctly and for free. I had my car back within 48 hours! High praises to the management team at this location for hiring such professional, dedicated people like Mark, Briana, Cherisse, and Vanessa. They’ve earned a customer for life!

Mercedes-Benz of GilbertReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert review
I recently leased the all new E53 AMG wagon from Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert and the experience from start to finish was smooth, friendly and the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and provided the best customer service experience of any dealership I have purchased from. I received the best pricing and great trade in values for both of my cars. I felt very confident that I received a great deal without the headache of excessive back and forth negotiations. I cannot say enough good things and have since referred several friends to buy from them and they've all said the same thing.

Steel Chariot review
I purchased a 2024 Mercedes G Wagon 63 AMG from Steel Chariot in January 2025, and the entire experience was fantastic. Nima, the owner, personally helped me with the purchase and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and transparent. The dealership had a great selection of high-end cars—plenty of impressive options to choose from. The customer service was top-tier, and I never felt rushed or pressured. If you're looking for a luxury vehicle and want to deal with honest, helpful people, I highly recommend Steel Chariot. Thanks again, Nima and the team, for helping me find my dream car!
