The ride is smooth with the 20 inch wheels, the interior is super comfy, comes with massage seating for the driver and passenger and limo tint for extra privacy look.
We were looking at 3 brands and chose Mercedes for so many reasons related to the vehicle itself. Now, when you add a wonderful salesman, you???re light years ahead of the game. Thanks to Valentine and the entire staff at Mercedes Benz of Smithtown for a great experience from our first visit to delivery!

having been fortunate enough to get a 2012 S class new, and again a 2016 S550, i can say the W222 does not disappoint in any fashion.
the interior updates are very nice and functional, the exterior looks also a good improvement.
The 2016 S has the optional Magic Body control option and the Burmester 3d radio, of which i found the Magic Body control to be the secret in the ride of the S600 series.
neither option will not be missed in a future car for me.
Very professional courteous and attentive service from our salesman along with excellent showroom experience and first class treatment from everyone. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and it matches the expectations you would have with a name like Mercedes.

I LOVE this car. I had a 2013 which was an excellent car. In fact there were a few things that I actually preferred on the 2013, but this car is beautiful. The design of both the exterior and interior make it seem larger than my 2013, although the overall dimension are basically the same. The one thing that really disappoints me, is that you would think a $114,000 car would have 12v access points for cell phone chargers, etc. There is one, the cigarette lighter one, which isn't accessible without opening the ashtray and then it hangs over where the cupholders are. There is a 115v outlet in the rear that you can use a home charger in but no 12v points in the back at all. The reason only gave it 3 stars for value for the money is that there is steep depreciation on these cars, and there is limited demand for used ones once they are out of warranty, because repairs are ridiculously expensive. That being said, I'm still glad I bought the car and it certainly is a head turner. Mine is black with black interior and it is gorgeous. The 2013 I had had the sport package and still had chrome down the side. The 2016 with the sport package doesn't have any side chrome, so I opted to go without the sport package this time just because I think the chrome makes the car look classier. I'm looking forward to lots of very comfortable miles in this car.
Rick provided a package of information about the SLK350 I was interested in purchasing in less then 24 hours after my initial contact. Subsequent email and phone conversations made me feel comfortable that the car and paperwork would be ready when I was able to get to the Dealership on a Sunday. This was very important to me since I was coming from Montclair NJ, a distance I did not want to travel again if there were any issues. Rick also handled a somewhat minor problem with the Service Dept car prep to my satisfaction.

The coupe is gorgeous inside and out. Extremely quick and quiet engine. Interior is plush and easy to navigate. Everything I’m looking for in a car.

The new S550 Cab is the most beautiful car we have ever owned. The quality and realiability are awesome! The top works as smooth as the 9 speed transmission!

The service at Mercedes-Benz of Huntington is wonderful. Unfortunately, I'm there too often. My 350E gets a flat or blowout frequently - a pot hole or change in weather can trigger. On Thanksgiving Day we got TWO flat tires at once, a trick to handle with only one spare. Tom Palermo handled our service needs quickly and efficiently and made it clear that I am not alone. As often as I get my flats, he assured me that other car owners get theirs far more frequently than me.

Excellent car if one can afford it got this 2016 as a CPO under warranty for 53 months unlimited mileage. Odd color combo black exterior black carpet, tan seats. One of the best looking ones I saw. My recommendation if at all possible buy one as a CPO, repair bills on these cars are expensive.
I have been debating buying a new (used) car for a while. Searched the Mercedes CPO website regularly. When I saw that Greenwich had an ML with every feature my wife and I wanted I still procrastinated. I waited till this past Friday afternoon to call Greenwich Mercedes. Receptionist put me in touch with Tim H. and an hour later I had agreed to buy the car and pick it up the next day. Now, I told Tim that I was coming from Jersey so I wanted to be sure the paperwork and car would be ready so we can just take it home that same day. True to his word, Tim ensured that Finance had all the papers ready to sign and that the car was fully detailed. We drove up Saturday around noon and were home before dinnertime with a new ML350.

This car is everything I have ever wanted in a vehicle. It is a smooth, fast and the best driving car on the road today. I feel like I am driving a spaceship instead of a car. Awesome vehicle!
I never thought that I could afford a mercedes, but my fiance talked me into going to this dealership which he has been a customer of since 2014! He introduced me to Claudio Cirillo, who along with his team took the hassle and the stress out of the entire shopping and leasing process. I told them that the lease with my Toyota Scion was due to expire in two weeks, and Claudio was able to find me a mercedes within two days of that! They even took my old leased toyota and returned it for me so i did not have to do it myself. Claudio and his team made it so that when I came into the dealership, all i had to do was just sign some papers and that's it. They had everything waiting for me already. Then Freddy was nice enough to register me for the mBrace account and activate it on the spot, as well as show me the ins and outs of my new car. I could not be happier, nor could i recommend this dealership enough!!!! The customer service of Claudio and his team, and how accommodating the entire dealership was, will have my ever lasting loyalty. Reliability and maintenance costs could be better; more affordable extended warranty. Ease service centers needed; current dealership does not have good reputation locally with our collegues
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

This car exceeds my expections. Not only is it beautiful but the performance and ride is fantastic. I am proud to drive this automobile.
I went to change a tire. Thei did not honor the insurance policy that Mercedes sold me. I had to pay in advance .
I went to replace a broken moon roof that practically exploded. It happened while driving on a highway with no cars arroud me and no overpass in view. They claimed it was broken from some exterior factor because the corners were bent, witch is not true. They again asked me to pay in advance. I went to replace the sunroof to another dealer.
