From my initial dialogue with my salesman, Jamie , to the more intricate discussions with Paul and Tim, every question was answered intelligently, honestly and expeditiously. They valued my time, did everything via the telephone and fedex and my delivery was seamless and amazing. The sales manager and staff were cordial. I dislike car buying because it’s usually high pressure and high stress. At long, we discussed the car, agreed on price and proceeded through the purchase process. There was no haggling or pressure put o on by the dealership.

Service: 5/5 - answered all of my questions, including going above and beyond by calling the previous servicing dealership to get more information on the car. They were also patient with allowing both my wife and I to drive the car separately and be completely comfortable with the purchase
Value: 4/5- Gave me a great price for trade in and the car I bought was priced fairly. They also have a great network of banks for loans. I was able to get 66 month 2.99% financing, which is about as low as it gets for a 6 year old car.

Pranav Gill and the staff at HC Sudbury were a pleasure to work with. They helped me find the car of my dreams without going above my price point. Their sense of humours are also on point. I was searching for a car with difficult criteria, but found one in Best Ford's inventory. I live over 100 miles away (and in a different state), so I called to sort out the logistics. They were very helpful and worked things out to minimize the pain associated with the distance.
They had the car right in front and waiting when I got there, allowed me to take as long a test drive as I wanted, answered questions, and had their shop look at a minor issue while I was there. We negotiated a reasonable price, and they even offered to deliver the car (over 100 miles) for less than I was expecting.
Overall, a great experience -- and I'm very happy with the car!
Paul dicarlo was great. He was there start to finish and made me feel very comfortable buying a car . This was my first time and he made it very easy. He also stuck by me through my difficult financing options. Paul is a great asset to your company. I dont even remember the name of who helped me after.
