2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
My GLC has pretty much every feature. I love the luxury styling and feel. The Nappa leather, AMG package and Pinnacle trim are worth the cost. I found the Driver Assistance Package easy to master and is very helpful. Driving is quiet and smooth, but hard acceleration kicks in too abruptly.

I am 79 years old grandmother and climbing up and into this auto is amazing. Good thing for a lotta traffic cause speeding isn't a problem, this car talks to you, come on lady give me some gas. I had 04 Tuareg vw, steering column died, no replacement. So, I am a Mercedes Lady now. So far, it's good. My auto is black with black interior.

2023 Mercedes-Benz S-Class review
I have driven an S Class Mercedes since 1995. I have not owned anything else. This 2023 S 580 4matic is amazing. With four wheel steering, turns are tighter than you predict. The performance is more than I can handle today and more than adequate. Interior, comfort and exterior are all within my normal Mercedes expectations. After driving this vehicle for 30 years, I am not sure I can accept LESS. Most any vehicle is accepting LESS. I also own a 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged V8. Just as impressive but not as comfortable. The S Class is what all other vehicle manufacturers are typically chasing to "meet". I have test driven many comparable cars, but none worth buying.

2018 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. 2023 Mercedes-Benz S-Class review
My CPO 2023 S500 MHEV was very slightly used - 400 to 900 miles and had been registered for three months. It's and excellent & well made car. The shifting is so smooth, it's hardly noticeable. The multi-contour seats are unmatched elsewhere in the auto industry. This luxurious & safe car gets 32 to 35 MPG on highway trips. The CPO version actually provided me a longer & better warranty than the original factory warranty.

2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

2017 Mercedes-Benz S-Class review
Amazing vehicle, but only buy new if you want the S63, the Maybach, or your just really rich, if not, then just wait 5 years, and get it for 70 grand! The value is so low because you can just wait for it to depreciate like crazy. But overall, this is an awesome car.

My new S-580 e has been nothing but spectacular in terms of its design, comfort and driving experience. It is probably the quietest car I have ever owned and there is no hesitation when accelerating from a stop or driving up a steep hill! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karol Powers at Mercedes-Benz South Bay in Torrance. This is the second vehicle I have purchased with Karol, and once again, she exceeded every expectation. What I appreciate most is that she is honest and straightforward. There is no endless back-and-forth, no pressure, and no feeling of being taken advantage of. She truly listens to her customers and works to make the process smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, I recently had to purchase another vehicle after being involved in a serious car accident. It was a very stressful and traumatic experience, but Mercedes-Benz made a difficult situation much easier. Within literally seconds of the accident, after both the upper and lower airbags deployed (I didn't even know my vehicle had a lower airbag), Mercedes-Benz contacted me through the SOS feature in the vehicle. The representative immediately checked on my well-being, asking if I was hurt, bleeding, breathing okay, and ensuring I was alert and responsive. They also informed me that emergency services had been dispatched. The speed, professionalism, and genuine concern they showed during such a frightening moment meant more to me than words can express. Experiences like that remind me why I continue to choose Mercedes-Benz. Knowing that the company genuinely cares about the safety and well-being of its customers provides a level of comfort and confidence that is priceless. Karol's extraordinary customer service is the reason I will continue returning to Mercedes-Benz South Bay for future vehicle purchases. I will also gladly refer my friends and family to her because I know they will be treated with the same respect, honesty, and care that I have received. 2022 Mercedes-Benz AMG SL 63 review
Awesome power, incredible braking, unbelievable handling and a fantastic exhaust note!!!! This car is absolutely amazing! The interior is gorgeous and the seats are incredibly comfortable. The Burmeister sound system is terrific. I never want to get out of the car. If you can’t ever seem to get enough power, it’s worth the money to get the SL63’s engine over the SL55. The extra 100+ horsepower gives you an experience you won’t believe.

I've been putting off getting a new card because the exhausting process (in the past) is so anxiety provoking for me. I've had 2 Mercedes in the past, and never had a bad experience. On a whim, I began looking online and searched all the MB dealerships around and, by far, Mercedes Benz of Long Beach had the best inventory and most competitive prices. So, I sent an email inquiry about one of their vehicles and within an hour, the Internet Sales Manager (Joel Turett) got in touch with me. Even with less than perfect credit, Joel had me financed in about 20 minutes. The next day I came in, test drove a couple vehicles I liked and finally settled on one. I got a more than expected fair trade on my old Mercedes, and was leaving there in a short time with my new car. In the past when car shopping (especially at MB dealerships), I've always felt I was treated "less than", because I wasn't buying $75,000 car. Not the case here! From Joel, to the sales manager, to the woman in the finance department... everyone was so kind and helpful. I'm not one to write reviews often, but I felt I needed to express my positive experience, especially with Joel. You can't go wrong contacting him if you're in the market for a Mercedes. He's patient, has been working there for over a decade so he is beyond knowledgeable, and, most importantly, never once pressured me or made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. The entire dealership operates like a well oiled machine with a team atmosphere and I believe that is evidenced by all these positive reviews. You guys have a lifelong customer... Thank you!.

2023 Mercedes-Benz EQB 300 review
We got our EQB 300 with Pinnacle trim in September and we love it. It is easy to drive and has excellent performance for our needs. You can drive this car with one foot and rarely have to apply the brakes until you need to stop. Handles well at high speeds.

2014 Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class review
My favorite car of all time! I bought the GLK 250 12 years ago & have just under 50 thousand miles, (I'm 76 & retired). Engine / transmission combo is superb as is the mileage. Comfortable & durable interior with plenty of room for "stuff". Tows small trailers easily. Great steering feel & braking. Excellent handling for an SUV. Run-flat tires not conducive to a "luxury" ride on rough surfaces. Built like a tank...I hit an elk near Grand Canyon (which cost 16K to fix), yet I drove over 2000 miles back to the east coast with no problems. A few recalls which were quickly repaired free. M.B. routine service is quite expensive though. Only one unscheduled service, a split in a turbo feed hose... the part was $350. DUH. I'm sure the car will outlast me.

Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! I was thinking of other options but since they were amazing I went with them instead if your looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for either of these two women they are a great help!
