Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

Crowley Kia review
Recently purchased our first ever Kia! Evan was wonderful to work with and the process went smoothly , he kept us updated at all times and answered all our questions . We are really excited to have our new Telluride! Evan explained everything about the car in GREAT DETAIL… he was really patient as I am not good with the new technology 😆 and he made things easy to understand! Thank you Evan for making this a great experience !!
2021 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 review
I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

Had a great buying experience here at terryville chevy. My salesman Peter was great and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend going here!
2015 Mercedes-Benz GL-Class review
This GL450 a 5,000+lb 7 passenger SUV that's built like a bank vault, yet somehow gets 21 mpg and accelerates on the highway effortlessly. I guess that's what you pay for with a Mercedes. This car is quiet, fast, and incredibly comfortable for long rides. When the snow gets deep (we live in the mountains of upstate NY), the car can raise an extra few inches with the push of a button. 4wd traction is as good as my old 4Runner, which had much beefier tires. The electronic traction control ensures zero drama - just push the pedal and point where you want to go and the car just goes through whatever road surface you encounter. It's really a phenomenal example of engineering. I keep up on the maintenance and parts when they wear out (the air struts get worn at about 70k miles, and I regularly do my brakes, oil changes, and alignments) and she's still running beautifully at 80k miles. She feels very safe, comfortable, fast. Will keep this car as long as I can.

I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Which I love Carvana I’m going to get my car from them because I had a larger suv and it’s been great on gas and insurance as well.

It was a bit rocky in the beginning, but we've had to take our Tesla in and out of the shop since we received it. However, "JOHN" in the service department has been amazing so far! We're currently waiting on a tire and wheel alignment once we get the car back from Tesla. I would highly recommend this dealership without hesitation! They are dedicated, compassionate, and provide excellent customer service!

Great experience from start to finish! Eli, Gina, Albert and Jim were friendly, professional, and made the entire car buying process easy and stress free. They took the time to explain everything clearly, worked with my budget, and made sure I left in the right vehicle for me. The car was clean, ready to go, and pick up was smooth. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle.
2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE 400 review
I purchased my MB certified 2019 GLE400 two years ago and have driven 30K miles with no issues. I have owned several SUVs - Audi & Toyota Landcruisers; the 400 is by far the best. Very comfortable ride, excellent handling, acceleration, smooth braking & quiet. 17-18 around town; 25-27 highway. It takes a learning curve for the entertainment center but afterwards very easy. Above all - I feel safe driving my family. MB for life!!

Brought my ‘24 GLE in for a check engine light and a rear window washer blockage. Service tech found exhaust baffle blocked due to icing, heated and greased with great success. Tech also found washer fluid line blocked and frozen. This problem was also corrected. Tech performed a complete vehicle inspection as well. All service work was accomplished with no charge. The dealership also provided me with a brand new 2026 GLC courtesy car for the day. Five Star ⭐️ service including my time spent with Tom O’Connor my service advisor!

Perfect vehicle for a regular working stiff. It fits lots of stuff and still handles like a sports car. It’s also a subtle flex at work.

Worked with Steve, didn't end up buying but he was super nice and upfront with us. A much better experience than some of the dealers we talked to on this journey.

Very smooth ride. Lots of cool safety features. Good power. Good value for my money as I bought this as a CPO. Mercedes Benz financing made it easy to own.

Jim Juliani MotorsReviews
Jim Juliani Motors review
Had a really good experience with Jim Juliani Motor Cars in Waterbury. From the moment I walked in, the staff and management were great—easy to talk to, professional, and no pressure at all. They took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I understood the car and the deal without rushing me. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Their inventory is solid, and you can tell they’re selective about the vehicles they put on the lot. Everything felt straightforward and transparent, which made a big difference compared to other places I’ve dealt with. Any questions I had were answered honestly, and they worked with me to make sure I was comfortable moving forward. You don’t get that everywhere. My car is fantastic and I’m genuinely really happy with my purchase. It runs great, looks great, and was exactly what I was looking for. Overall, just a good, honest dealership with a great team behind it. I’d definitely recommend Jim Juliani Motor Cars if you’re in the market for a vehicle.
2019 Mercedes-Benz GLS 550 review
Great vehicle. We do a lot of traveling. We have a “S Class” but doesn’t have the room to carry all the stuff we take on a month trip. The GLS will certainly meet the need and provide the comfort of a luxuary sedan.

Jim Juliani Motors review
Great selection, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. Jim Juliani Motors is easily the best used car lot in the area. The paperwork was handled quickly, the car was detailed beautifully, and the staff was professional from start to finish. If you're looking for a quality used car without the headache, ask for Albert - he was very helpful in navigating the car buying process.

This is a fun car to drive. Has a nice throaty growl to the exhaust. Tons of power and great handling. Drives like a sports car but has the size of a mini SUV.

Working with salesperson Abdu was a pleasure from start to finish. He was thorough and when issues were out of his control he was very communicative in letting me know what was happening. He was very personable and explained the car in great detail as this was my first experience with MB of Springfield. I love my purchase and my deal which was also a pleasurable experience with the finance person. I look forward to future engagements with the rest of the Departments.

5 star service from every interface with employees- start to finish. I was able to get my car towed to the dealer, a ride to the dealership and a new tire was installed. Same day. And everyone was helpful and understanding. Top notch. Many thanks.
2023 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 review
It is a wonderful car. The interior is exceptional and the technology is state of the art. The drive is the best I have experienced in any car I have driven. Had the car for a short time and zero issues or problems. Overall a super luxury SUV. For the extra money and given the cost of new cars, the MB GLE 350 is worth the extra expense.

CarMax Danvers review
Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars. Put it this way, it was great enough experience for me to come online and leave reviews all over!
