I also opened a ticket with BMW corporate. The BMW team and the Service Director worked among themselves and decided to fix the issue with minimal cost to me. Really appreciated the gesture. The tech at BMW Bellevue was very helpful in explaining the issue , empathizing and helping resolve the issue with his Director.

Great car to drive and easy to park and great on gas plenty of legroom . With the seats folded down offers plenty of cargo space.

Love my Mini Clubman. Everyone wants to go in my car! I have 65,000 miles and have had no issues. I get my oil changes, tire rotations and scheduled maintenance only from MIni as I have observed regular mechanics scratching their heads after lifting the hood!
