I approached Brooke Shelton & explained her my situation then she began checking my status in small comp. When she confirmed, she then input my info into comp inside the lobby then she gave me an estimate on when the service will be done. She's very professional, she's perfect for her job, excellent customer service!

I got an itch to get a Mini Cooper Convertible. Have been scouring the internet on reviews, options, dealerships and any other info I would need. Yes I just purchased 2 mini's in the last year. i have to say i have had a lot of cars in my day and spent a lot of time in the dealerships. After visiting four dealers, we were refreshed and thrilled with our experience purchasing at Crevier Mini! Both Rosa and Rodrigo were friendly, professional, accommodating, and down-to-earth. Their prompt service was much appreciated! We absolutely recommend this dealer.
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
Our salesmen, Miguel and Oscar were very helpful as we went thru this car-buying process, Miguel even helped me set up my bluetooth before I left for home .......... I would recommend Car Max- this is our 2nd vehicle purchase at this location.
They were very helpful in transferring to the local dealer, providing the vehicle report, performing additional inspections and in the buying process. I would definitely shop with CarMax again.
