Our BMW X5 was just out of warranty and would in need some costly repairs. On the fly, my wife and I️ went to Sewell Subaru since we love the dealership. Unfortunately, where we are with our finances we needed our X5 paid off and a lower payment on the Subaru. We were headed towards leasing and this situation helped us. Will worked with our monthly figure and was super duper patient, helpful, fill up our gas and washed our car twice. He was super transparent and helpful in getting us comfortable. He was great to my daughters too. Special recognition for Michael the finance manager to getting my deal done. We leased a 2020 Ascent Touring and we love the SUV with so much more space for the 3rd row. I️ would recommend picking this dealership and paying a little more one time and get this great dealership who prides themselves on first class service!! Took my car in for rear brake pads and reset my engine oil light that my dealership where I purchased my vehicle gently used failed to do. BMW Dallas is conveniently located near my job in Dallas. My consultant, Joshua, was so helpful, made some valuable suggestions such as taking care of my 50,000 mile maintenance since they could not get to my car today. I took him up on the offer to avoid returning in a month. They had me in a loner and off to work within 30-45 minutes of arriving at the dealership. They did not finish the repairs on my car until late Friday before the Memorial Day holiday. I explained i was no longer in Dallas and would not return to work until Tuesday. I was immediately told no worries, we will see you Tuesday. Great customer service, we even chatted a bit about various cars and upgrades. BMW of Dallas has surely obtained my business going forward, eventhough I reside in Fort Worth and have two dealerships that are closer-the customer service was top tier from the time I initially drove into the dealership, until I departed with my vehicle.

Great service and quite timely. I had to go there due to a recall of my car model . They asked if and what additional services purchases I wanted without being pushy?no pressure selling?I actually asked for an additional item. They also sent me a vid of the mechanic checking the underside of my car and its tires. Once I returned for my car they promptly brought my car to me.
