I had a great experience working with Russell and the finance manager at Seattle Mini. Russell was extremely helpful throughout the entire process by being knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly. The financing portion was also surprisingly easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Overall, the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back for my next Mini. Thank you to the team for making this such a positive experience!

It’s refreshing to see there are still family run businesses out there. Thank you both for getting me in my new car I love it! This is our second Mini that we’ve leased from here. Danny has been a stellar salesman and while my Cooper S did take some time to get delivered across the Atlantic, once it left the port, I had the vehicle a few hours later. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely amazing experience with Matt Otis in the service department at MINI Mall of Georgia! Matt truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It’s rare these days to receive this level of customer service. Matt genuinely cared about my concerns and made what could have been a stressful service experience so much easier. I never felt rushed or brushed off, and I really appreciated the time and attention he gave me. If you’re bringing your MINI in for service, I highly recommend asking for Matt Otis. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. MINI Mall of Georgia is lucky to have him. He absolutely deserves 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -Heather!

Trey was wonderful to work with. He was awesome. He was great. He was everything I hoped for in a salesperson. I was lucky to have him. Now is that enough words for you???
2024 MINI Hardtop review
A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

Modern Auto SalesReviews
Modern Auto Sales review
It's only been 12 days so far, but I'm looking for a specific make, model & year. I've received two useful emails about maintenance and managing buying a used vehicle. The dealership has opened a net among its other dealers and has kept in contact with me. I'm optimistic about my difficult request being fulfilled. This is a huge purchase, and the dealaership has kept in good contact.

I was very impressed with my experience with purchasing my first mini. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable of their vehicles. The salesman (Danny) went well beyond my expectations to deliver awesome customer service.
