I've been taking my car to the Mini Dealership since I purchased it. I've always been treated with kindness, respect, and the job is always well done. I've heard horror stories about people dealing with the dealership and with Mini of Fairfield County, that couldn't be furthest from the truth. I feel that my car is always in good hands and I'm always satisfied with the work. They always go above and beyond and I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking to purchase a Mini. Several months ago I traded my 2007 Honda Ridgeline for a new Honda Ridgeline at Stevenson Hendrick in Wilmington, NC. My salesman was Tyler Coyle. A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

Omar was my Salesman and he was very professional and knowledgeable. We worked out a good deal on my new Civic. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 for buying process is because you always have to leave yourself room in your mind for your monthly payment once you sit down with the finance person. But everyone was very pleasant.

Bought it new. Hard to tell that it's almost 8yrs old. Third Mini, first automatic. Very nimble and good acceleration. Love the heads up display and love love the power folding mirrors and side driver visor. Seats are very comfortable and have an extension for longer legs available. Haven't been able to figure out how to delete older phones from the bluetooth or unwanted addresses from the nav system tho. Biggest drawback for me is that the nearest dealer is 1.5 hrs away. But they do offer a valet service to pick up the car if scheduled in advance. It's not the most inexpensive to repair but what vehicle is nowadays.

Great experience purchasing a 2023 Toyota Camry SXE at Jeff Hunter Toyota in Woodway Texas. Mike Howard was my salesperson and I appreciate his professionalism, politeness and patience. I also liked that Mike seemed like a real person instead of the stereotypical car salesperson only out to get your money. Mike seemed more concerned that I purchase a quality care that worked for me. He even called as a follow up to ask if I was enjoying the new car. I was also impressed that I wasn’t pressured into buying extra service contracts or to change my financing. Overall a great experience.

Most professional car buying experience in my fifty years of working with dealerships.
