I purchased a 2026 Corvette Z06/Z07. This was one of the best experiences at any car dealership I have ever experienced. I am 53 years old and I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. Josh Chancey and Dequan took very good care of me and paid attention to every detail. I strongly recommend asking for them!
2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Ray's Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I live out-of-state and purchased a vehicle sight unseen. I was not disappointed! The Jeep I purchased was in immaculate condition, just as described. Jeff and Bruce were great to work with. The title arrived before my vehicle did and all of the paperwork was complete. They were great in working with the transport company and my Jeep arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Ray’s Ford and would not hesitate to purchase over the internet if you have any reservations. Now the fun part - driving my new vehicle! Thank you!,

Good experience although I had a 10 o?clock appointment and according to the tracker the service on my truck did not start until 1055 and I was there for 1 1/2 hour. If it takes almost an hour after my scheduled appointment time I may be searching for a new place for service.

The service department is top notch providing diagnostics and information regarding any issues. My thanks to Donnie and John, advisors that took time to check my trucks foibles from the extreme heat we had yesterday. Travel from Ohio to Tenn we stopped and they were very polite and helpful to take us right in to check out any issues. Thanks again guys! Vern from Ohio
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Carolyn was responsive to my initial inquiry. She was understanding of my current position in car shopping and offered her service when or if it would be needed. I appreciated the no pressure attitude. I ended up not coming for a test drive because I was able to find something closer to where I lived. Oxmoor was a bit farther away. Had my first choice not worked out, I would have driven to Oxmoor.

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I purchased a 2018 BMW 650i Gran Coupe sight-unseen from the dealership. My sales consultant Jacob Rymond made the process an stress-free one. Jacob went out of his way to send me photos and videos of the car. He even FaceTimed with me and did a full walk around so I could see every inch of the car. He went above and beyond to complete the contract, coordinate shipping and process the DMV paperwork. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership and specifically Jacob Rymond. Thank you for everything!

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Don Franklin Bardstown Chevrolet Buick review
I researched new vehicle makes for over a year. Next, my wife and I decided to purchase the 2025 Buick Encore GX Avenir FWD as listed on the Don Franklin Bardstown KY Chevy Buick website. After chatting on the website and texting employees about purchasing this car, I set up an appointment. Our salesman, Josh Barrett greeted us as when we arrived. In his office, he showed a document which highlighted the numbers which we wanted. Next, we got a thorough overview of the car and took it for a test drive. When my wife and I returned, we processed the documentation with Josh and Chris Hammer. We have been loyal Don Franklin customers since 2013 and this vehicle purchase is number 6 and this DF dealership is the 4th. If you need a Buick, see the Don Franklin Bardstown dealership. We are happy customers and will purchase from them again. Thank you Josh Barrett and Chris Hammer!!!

Wanted to give a shout out to David Dinger who did a fantastic job with the purchase of my 2022 Jeep Gladiator. He made the vehicle purchasing process easy and I thank him for all his assistance.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!
