We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Great communication and friendly people. Although the buying process was a little sketchy. If you DON'T FINANCE through them, there's a $1500 fee. In my instance, when I looked at the car the price was $X, when I went to purchase the car, it was $3000 higher (10 days after the initial inspection)...Look and BUY BEFORE the end of the month...(I looked on the 28th and bought on the 10th of the next month). They DID NOT honor the original price, and I showed them a screenshot of the price change. Financing was easy and the manager was very friendly and honest. He just couldn't adjust the price but offered deals on other packages (maintenance and service). Ultimately, I didn't mind paying the extra 3K because I asked and they agreed to replace all 4 brakes (about $6K) so if the car didn't need that I think the manager would have budged...or I would have waited for the end of the month again and possibly miss out on the car. Again, both managers and the salesperson were very helpful with great communication and I would buy from them again. I would just insist on the price or walk away.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

Car brought in for safely recall; unfortunately part not available at dealer . I will be notified when the part arrives and will come back for servicing.

Definitely will meet our needs as a vehicle to transport wheelchair and will be comfortable with fabulous safety features. More technology than I have the capacity to use!

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

My purchase was a preowned vehicle for my daughter. During the process, my salesman, the preowned, new car, dealership manager, and service manager made me feel as if I was purchasing the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

I've been servicing my Grand Caravan since 2023 in here with high satisfaccion, this time on february the 4th, I got the check engine light fixed, and I requested a quote for the headrest of the second-row seat, which was not retracting. To my surprise, when I returned, they had already carried out the work and were demanding that I pay for it. Also I would like to receive everytime the complimentary multipoin inspeccion. Thanks

What an amazing dealership!!!! We recently purchased a new 2025 Tulluride from this dealership and could not be happier with the overall experience. Our sales consultant, Johann was the best!!!!! He helped us choose the perfect vehicle based on our package needs ( i.e: vehicle equipment) and explained in detail the features of the vehicle and how to use them. OK, I have purchased mini new vehicles, but this is the first time ever buying a new domestic Auto Mobile a 2025 Canyon elevation I have owned a number of trucks Tacoma Nissan Dodge. In the moment you drive a canyon you know why you’re getting it. I left a very good deal with a new Tacoma and just have to run with the canyon Now the Furman GMC here in lutz Has certainly been stellar over the last eight years in Tampa I’ve had to get into nearly 2 lawsuits with dealerships over violation of administrative problems, horrible finance practices, and below subpar service departments It was really not sure what to expect with this dealership, but in the end, I may have very well found a new home Alec, my salesman has been attentive, polite and not pushy. He’s been responsive and on top of things since I purchased the vehicle. Earnest and finance is by far the best example of professionalism that I’ve ever had and I mean, ever had with a finance department he was thorough. Sincere personable, was not pushy did not give half-baked answers and was very open and forthright in our discussions. It was an incredible experience. Ernest is definitely the finance guy we all need. Service I have Ryan as my service coordinator and he has been nothing but pleasant astute, and on top of things, caring and pleasant so far my interaction with the service department has been stellar along with the parts department, which I had very limited interaction but so far absolutely no complaints As far as the durability and reliability of the GMC canyon time will only tell I hope that it will provide me years of fabulous service while I expect occasional things to break or need to be repaired. I trust and hope that the Americans can make a vehicle that at least challenges the Japanese. This vehicle purchase in every aspect has been incredible. Great job Furman.
