Big thanks to Prince Ali for his expert help and to General Manager Ben Amini. They were both professional, helpful and the car is wonderful. I will recommend to others!
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

Quincy Pouncy carefully listened to my issues and concerns which was addressed and completed on the first try. The process was articulated within an easy to follow guidence and very satisfying in the end. Thanks for making the process less stressful and truly appreciated. Retain, promote and recognize employees who service the public in a very demanding and competitive environment for custome care and employee retention. Thanks again!
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Ally Auto GroupReviews
Ally Auto Group review
We had a great experience at Ally Autogroup. My father in law and I found a car online and drove from Kansas. We were fortunate we got to deal with Zia, who was very accommodating. There were a couple of issues that needed to be worked through on the car but Zia helped us in every way he could. We left with a great car that we bought at a good price that we bought from great people. I highly recommend Ally Autogroup!

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

A Truly Exceptional Car Buying Experience with Ray Fuentes at Auto Merchant! From start to finish, my experience at Auto Merchant was nothing short of outstanding — and that’s all thanks to Ray Fuentes. Car buying can often be stressful, but Ray made the entire process smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, Ray greeted me with professionalism and genuine kindness. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never once made me feel pressured. His deep knowledge of the inventory and the auto industry as a whole gave me complete confidence in my decision. Ray went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal possible and walked me through every step of the financing and paperwork process with ease. It’s rare to find someone so committed to customer satisfaction — he truly cares about his clients and it shows. I left Auto Merchant not only with a beautiful new car but also with a great sense of trust and gratitude. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Ray Fuentes. His professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service set a new standard for what a car buying experience should be. Norm Reeves Honda Superstore North Richland Hills review
After spending 2 frustrating weeks looking for both a new Chevy Colorado and a Nissan Kicks - FINALLY found a HONEST dealership whom worked with me exactly the way car buying is intended to be. Long story short - the complete purchase from the time the Mark Itzo contacted me about a 2020 Nissan Kicks they had to the time my wife & I drove off the lot was UNDER 2 hours. & those 2 hours where incredibly wonderful with Mark treating my wife & myself as customers whom mattered to the finance folks whom had us in & out of the finance office in under 20mins. SO hat's off - cheers - two thumbs up - hugs - to ALL the staff @ N - orm Reeves Honda Superstore North Richland Hills - THIS Dealership deserves to be recognized as THE best dealership in the DFW area.

Toyota of Plano review
Carl Brock was our advisor at Toyota of Plano. This is the best dealership we could have gotten. He was AMAZING. We are from AQ, NM. Our engine light came on, stopped there and Carl immediately got to work on it. It was an extensive job and he made sure we didn't have to leave it overnight as we had no other transportation. He kept us informed of costs, timing and let us know the best technician for this problem was working on it! Car was ready when he promised. We've had Toyotas for 12 years in AQ, but the service, friendliness and efficiency of this dealership was impeccable, and far superior to any other we've used. Thank you, Carl. You're an asset to this dealership. We will request you always in the future. BTW, we are buying a new 2026 Highlander from here and should arrive end of October. AND, it was the only of 3 dealerships that could get us exactly what we wanted. Also, the ladies at checkout were extremely friendly. THANK YOU for such professional staff! Marlene Moynihan

David McDavid Honda Irving review
After having another Honda dealership offer a big discount and then try to severely lowball us on the trade in, I reached out to McDavid Honda Irving and explained the situation. Nate our sales guy was great throughout the whole process, he made it fast, easy and respectful. He was able to match the discounts and provide a fair trade in value for our old Honda. After buying 3 Hondas at the previous dealership we now have a new go to dealership. It was well worth the extra drive time.
