I am a distant buyer, which adds some challenges. I I’m a distant buyer, which comes with its own set of challenges. Although I didn’t spend much time at the dealership, I had a great experience working with Chris, who helped me decide on the car. The documentation process went smoothly, and Chris was patient in answering all my questions. Chris definitely has great customer service skills.

AutoMatch Utah review
Muhammed is honestly one of the best people to work with if you’re trying to buy a car. From start to finish, he made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. He took his time explaining everything, answered all my questions, and really made sure I was getting the right car for me not just rushing a sale. His customer service is top tier and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just making money. If you’re looking for someone who’s professional, honest, and easy to work with, ask for Muhammed. It was a pleasure working with him and Gustavo as well. Amazing experience!

Salt Lake Valley ChevroletReviews
Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet review
From the moment I arrived, Isaac made sure to let me talk, explain my issues. I explained to Isaac, that I purchased this 2002 Monte Carlo SS off the showroom floor in 2002. Over the years, I have put thousands of dollars into making it not only look great, but sound great as well. Nothing has ever needed replacing, I just upgraded to high performance parts. This 2002 Monte Carlo SS has 55000 original miles. This car is so important to me. My plan is to give this to my Grandson. And I want it perfect. Isaac sent my car back to the mechanics and stated he would call me and keep me informed about everything. He didn't let me down once. I'm a U S Army, Vietnam Veteran. I served in the Honor Guard for 1 year. Performing as the Funeral Escort and holding and folding our American Flag that would be presented to their surviving member. Isaac, and the mechanics who work here at Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet, deserve not just a pat on the back. But an award showing that they are appreciated. A great start would be the waiting room. I remember going in, there would be coffee, donuts, and fruit. Not a thing... If it wasn't for the first impressions of Isaac, the many phone calls keeping me updated. And the fantastic work of your mechanics. I would have went somewhere else, and left 1 star. And 1 sentence. Because of them. And the fact that they knew how important this car is to me. I'm leaving 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Isaac, brings great credit to Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet, and I am Honored to have met him. Thank You!

Velocity Auto SalesReviews
Velocity Auto Sales review
They asked US what WE wanted and OUR budget. Then they pulled each car up to us while we waited in the showroom. No pressures. No price haggling. Superstore inventory on their massive lot. No experience in repair rating so average given. Overall 4 stars due to no one being perfect. They came very close. We will recommend Velocity to anyone needing a near new vehicle.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I had some battery issues after my purchase. Thomas sent a guy up on an hour drive each way to take care of my battery issue. Super happy.
2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Purchasing my new vehicle from Woods Cross was a smooth and enjoyable journey. Jarel helped me find my perfect first car and Brayden went out of his way to ensure I understood each step, making the buying process seamless and efficient. The dealership had a welcoming atmosphere that put me at ease immediately. I drove away thrilled with my purchase, feeling confident and well-informed thanks to the excellent service. If you're in search of a new car, Woods Cross is definitely the place to check out!
2024 Honda Odyssey review
Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Velocity Auto SalesReviews
Velocity Auto Sales review
We were in the market to purchase 2 vehicles. One we knew exactly what we were wanting and had actually found Velocity by looking for that vehicle. We searched around for a few weeks but kept going back to the vehicle that Velocity had listed due to the lower price, lower mileage and overall value. We finally pulled the trigger yesterday and went in to test drive the vehicle. Instantly fell in love and ended up finding another vehicle on their Draper lot for our second purchase. Between Ty, Cory (American Fork location) and Efrain (Draper location), they made the process extremely painless, got us the cars we wanted at a great deal and worked with us on our trades. We walked out with the payments we wanted, the vehicles we wanted and literally no hassle or pressure from anyone. Nothing makes me want to run the other way then being hounded by a salesman instantly and feeling pressured. We felt none of that here with Velocity. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service and quality we received. Thanks again for the great experience. We will be sending friends and family your way.

Performance Ford Bountiful review
I had an outstanding experience at Performance Ford Service Center, all thanks to Jose. The air conditioner in my Explorer stopped working, on the hottest day so far. Jose made the entire repair process completely effortless for me. He arranged to have my car picked up from my location and dropped back off once the work was complete. To my surprise, they finished the entire repair a day earlier than promised! The communication was excellent, the service was quick, and my air conditioner is now blowing ice-cold. I only buy from Performance Ford and Jose went above and beyond to assist. Thanks!!!

2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years, with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

We didn't end up purchasing our vehicle here, but we really appreciated the professionalism of Brayden they were patient with us over multiple visits. Answering all of our questions and giving us the time we needed to make a decision. Although we ultimately chose to go a different direction, they handled the situation with understanding and worked with us to finalize everything. Smoothly, we're grateful for their time, flexibility and willingness to treat us with respect throughout the process.

AutoSavvy Woods Cross review
Purchasing my car at Woods Cross turned out to be an incredibly smooth and satisfying experience. Jarel, Vuk, and Steve were fantastic in guiding me through the options and ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. I felt well taken care of throughout the whole process, and the atmosphere at the dealership was quite inviting. I couldn't be happier with my new truck from Woods Cross, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience! This is the 2nd purchase that I make at an Auto Savvy dealership and will definitely be my to go place in any future vehicle purchases. Thanks to the entire team, my apologies if I missed anyone!!! Awesome experience and super happy with my new truck!!!

2005 Chrysler Town & Country review
ASE Parts Specialist 25 years. Bought this T&C Touring van with 175k miles from a family friend for $800 and figured it would need some things repaired. Being a tech for years, with good connections for parts, I might as well give it some love. Had a new battery and new rear tires I got to work. Replaced the following. PS pump and hose. Water pump, Upper and low intake gaskets, lower rad hose, Ft struts, rear coil over shocks, sway bar bushings and end link kits, front brakes, idler and tensioner pulleys, serpentine belt, transmission service and oil and filter change, 4 wheel alignment. Rides like new, would drive it to Florida tomorrow. Store n go seats are great.

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.
