Contacted salesman Mark Pain about a used car I saw for my daughter. He was fantastic to work with, provided a very easy purchasing experience, and even worked with the service department so I could examine under the car. The car was nice and a fair deal.
Slow to have a salesperson help us. Wouldn’t even walk us to the car, just pointed to the far end of the lot and said “it’s over there by the Carmax sign.” Sales guy didn’t listen to our needs at all and just kept repeating his script.
I had the best experience shopping here. They were helpful and patient with no pressure to buy. They found exactly what I wanted, even when I didn’t know exactly what that was. The process was pretty smooth. I also really like the option to return the car within 5 days and the 30 day warranty. All in all, they treat you right and take the worry out of buying a used car! I will buy from them again.

I had one if of the best experience buying a vehicle with CarMax. I will say, I was dreading walking into the dealership but all that changed right away. Emily was the sales person helping me and within an hour I had test drive the vehicle I ended purchasing and had several finance offers to choose from. Everything about that dealership was quick and easy and everyone was so friendly and willing to help. I have to say it was a great experience. Changed the perspectives I had about car dealerships.
Bought a used GMC Yukon from SAG and unfortunately have had to deal with the hassle of bringing the vehicle into the SAG service shop more times than I anticipated for a vehicle I have owned for only a little over a month. But Service Mgr Mike Ardolino has consistently provided me with outstanding customer service and repairs at very reasonable prices even after my 30 day dealership warranty ended. I can say I will always take my vehicles to Mike for any and all auto service needs in the future. Thanks Mike!
Got a super good deal on a Tacoma with these guys. I live in Albuquerque and they picked me up from the airport and literally was in and out of the dealership in 30 min, it was a cash deal and it was so nice to have the dealership understand that up front. No pressure at all to buy any other products as everything was negotiated prior to me showing up. There is always that concern buying a unit sight unseen but as soon as I showed up and I saw that the truck was clean clean clean. Hopped back on I25 South and had no issues whatsoever. Truck really feels and looks new, especially the interior, I cant believe it is used. I can still smell a hint of that "new car smell" when it heats up a little outside when I get in. Have had for a month now and am still loving it. These guys are straight up, I dealt with Nachie, the GM, as well as Victor in Finance, and Rafael and Jesus in Sales, all were very helpful, friendly and most importantly ALWAYS got back to me in a timely manner. Save yourself from the big franchise lots and stick with this independent. Thanks again!!!

We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
My wife and I both liked the Outlander PHEV so much we both wanted one. We sent them and offer with prices for our existing car and what we would pay the PHEV. They called back a few days later excepting the offer and had all the paper work ready to go when we showed up. The transaction was smooth and deal was exactly what we had requested (first time as dealers typically try to pull a fast one lowering the car price with the trade in).
If they did a little renovation, it would be a fantastic dealership. It's beyond dated though. That's is the only down side.
We had a good experience here. There was the typical wait time to get into finance which is normal. We got a great deal on the almost new Jeep (4600 miles on it) that we bought with their Black Friday internet price. Thank you for being so easy to work with!
