Kendra Wilson emailed me back and referred me to Chris Morris whom I corresponded with in several emails. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted, given hot chocolate, and treated kindly. Several people assisted me and answered all of my questions, they were patient and cordial. Quinton Andrus and a new employee(with a name that I wish I remembered) Showed me several SUVs and let me drive one. Noel Harthcock offered me a fair trade on my Jeep and was extremely helpful in finalizing the purchase of the Sorento. I got a great bargain. It was a great experience. we have owned this car for about 18 months. We get about 49.7 mpg i saw other reviews that gave a value rating of 4 out of 5. Name me one car that gets this good gas milage, and the most reliable hybrid system available and holds its value 5, 10, 15 and 20 years better than a Camry!!

I came in to get my vehicle checked for an electrical problem. The service writer was a new employee. I have a service contract and thought that my visit would be connected to the service contract instead I was quoted a $185 service diagnostic fee and advised that I needed a $500 battery Long story short I feel that as a courtesy a free battery check should have been the initial check then given the option of going further to see if there was a more severe problem. The service writer did adjust the diagnostic fee I ended up going to another facility to complete the service. I felt that there was an overcharge for this situation. Hopefully if there is a future service need I will get a service writer that exemplifies helping the customer in a more sensitive manner. This is just a suggestion for a better customer experience.

2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!

The car is well equipped and the fit and finish is well done. The paint is beautiful even with the extra expense. I am happy that it was built by American workers in Tennessee. It’s a shame they are moving the Lincoln manufacturing to China. May be my last one that I buy.

2026 Kia Sportage review
Honestly one of the best vehicles I’ve owned so far. My Kia Sportage has been super reliable, comfortable on long drives, and surprisingly good on gas. The interior feels modern and spacious, and the ride is smooth whether I’m driving around town or on the highway. Haven’t had any major issues with it and it’s been a great daily driver overall. Definitely recommend it if you want something practical that still looks nice and feels good to drive.

2026 Ford Mustang review
I've only had the Mustang GT Premium for a month now, but it is really nice so far. I replaced my Charger Scat Pack with this car, and it is comparable in power. It is easier to drive, because of the size of the Mustang. I would recommend the 2026 Ford Mustang GT Premium.

2026 Nissan Leaf review
This is my second Leaf EV, and was still driving my 2015 model when I purchased this one. The 2026 Leaf SV Plus has been great so far! The ride is smooth, the range has been consistently north of 300 miles on a charge. I appreciate the battery heater and the range added from it in the cold. I knew I wanted the SV+ model for that, and the snazzy tourquoise color alone. I don't car about the color for aesthetics, but it makes it incredibly easy to find in a parking lot! The driver control center is good, and I appreciate the Google integration and voice controls-but it also has CarPlay. My at home level 2 charger still works with this, but it is a little slower than the car is capable of being charged. It doesn't bother me as it charges at off-peak over night in a few hours. Why is anyone living near an urban area still buying a gas vehicle with fuel prices what they are is beyond me.
