Tonight was another great experience!!! Last December we leased a new truck and tonight my wife and I purchased a new Town & Country. Over the last 30 years we have purchased/leased many vehicles from quite a few dealerships and by far my experience at this dealership has been nothing less than outstanding and stands above the rest. My overall experience at the Rochester Hills used car location was 5/5. The guy who greeted me in was very friendly and took care of any questions that I had. They seemed very organized and honest with any question I had regarding the car I was interested in. I have not purchased from them, as I am still searching for the right car, but would recommend them in a heartbeat.

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

I had a very negative experience at a dealer on Hall Rd in Macomb and was about to wash my hands and walk away from Jeep altogether when Aaron Carter from Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep reached out to me via email about my interest in a Renegade. I explained the nightmare I was dealing with and was rethinking Jeep altogether. Aaron asked me to just give him half a day to see if he could do something for me to get me in the Solar Yellow Renegade I wanted. Aaron found a new Solar Yellow with the Power Sunroof and referred me to his manager Gus Abdal who called me to go over my non-negotiables and my negotiables. Both gentlemen worked their magic and not only found me a Renegade with all of my non-negotiables but one with many additional upgrades. They honored the price the other dealer and I had agreed upon even though this new car had all the bells and whistles and cost more. They made it happen! They sent a driver out of state to retrieve it and when it came time to come in and sign all of the paperwork, Aaron saw me walking over to Gus?s desk and stopped what he was busily working on to say, ?So, today?s the big day! Picking up the Renegade I see. I `m so happy it worked it. Are you excited?? with a huge smile on his face. Gus?s manager also came over to introduce himself and welcomed me to the Jeep family. Gus was nothing but extraordinary from that first phone call to the moment I drove off the lot. He walked me through each and every step of the process, explaining it all. On pickup day, he took me out to my new car and spent 45 minutes with me, showing me each and every single option and how it functioned and had me do everything with him there to make sure I understood how everything worked including setting up my radio stations and Bluetooth. Aaron and Gus are my Knights in Shining Armor! Both gentleman really worked hard to turn this very unhappy customer coming from another dealer to a happy one because of them at Rochester Hills Jeep. This is my 4th RAM 1500 and is, so far, the best I have owned. The interior is much more appealing to the eye, the user interface on the large display is second to none, and for a tech geek like me, it really seals the deal. The sound this truck makes when started or when gassing it sound much more like a sports car than a truck. It has plenty of room for 5 people to be comfortable. What an amazing truck.

Have to say my experience at RHCJ was wonderful. My salesperson, Mike Bart, was great. Very helpful. Unfortunately, when my Jeep Grand Cherokee had a little over 6,000 miles on it, I was sideswiped & the car had to go into the body shop. Well, Traylene happened to be assigned to my account. She could not have been nicer. She kept me abreast of the progress of the repairs & stayed on top of things the entire time the car was in for repairs. Can’t say enough about the very positive experiences I’ve had with this dealership.

Great car. I also have a 2018 with 100K plus miles that has had zero problems. Comfortable, good. fuel economy and can haul a lot of stuff.

The service at this dealer is second to none. Between the GM, Kate and sales rep, Jackson I was so satisifed with everything. I've never written a review for a dealership before but, they made my car buying experience so enjoyable that I had to let people know. There's so much more I could say. If you're in the market for a car give this dealer a chance.

Very good, no pressure, honest experience. The salesman, Alex, listened to any concerns we had and acted on them. My only mixed reaction was the financing. As to the online financing, I filled it out but I don’t think the dealership looked at it and offered a local credit union financing. We wanted to put a large amount as a down payment by they advised us to get a bigger loan ; that banks wouldn’t bother with smaller loans. I question this, but didn’t know how to do this with online financing.

This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

The service staff from Ryan who met me in the parking lot to Linda sales and Steve financial were professional and very efficient. They answered all my questions and I’m happy with my 2018 Ford Edge!!

Outstanding vehicle. Quiet, dependable, comfortable. Acceptable power and economy. Pity the turbo is no longer available. This is our fourth Subie. No issues with any of them. Change the oil every six months and do the timing belt at 100K miles and it’s good for 200K plus.

I have been leasing Lincolns from Bob Maxey for over 15 years. I have always been very pleased with their service and friendliness of all the folks I come in contact with.

We were very pleased with the performance and comfort of the car. However, we found that when you make a turn, the tire opposite the turn direction extends out over the plane formed by the doors, spraying road dirt along the side of the car from the front wheel well to the rear wheel. The dealership was no help. So happy car washing.
