Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I have the 1500 double cab with standard bed. The reason I have this vehicle is I really like the 6.5 foot bed. The crew cab with same bed is just too long. The things I dislike about this model is that it only comes in the SLE model. For the 2025 that means the external mirrors do NOT have a power fold in and it does not have a seat memory for more that one driver. The power fold in for the mirrors is extremely important to me.

When I first drove this truck I fell in love with it. I am recommending this truck to everyone I know. It’s got great power and it is comfortable. It rides surprisingly smooth.

Went for a scheduled oil change. Waited about 1 hour, which is pretty normal. Was treated with respectful & courteous service from the service adviser. Have been going to this dealership for a long time. I would recommend them for your service needs.

It gets better than average gas mileage. The inline 6 twin turbo has all the power I need for towing and cruising. I bought it for room in the seats for traveling long distances. The info screen is large and easy to read.

My first new Honda after selling GM BMW Chrysler and Subaru for 34 years. Good quality so far very reliable. Don’t like the auto start feature but this can be turned off. 3 rows without paying for a full size GM or Ford. Workmanship and fit and finish is good

Comfortable and so very pretty!! I put on many miles a day and the gas mileage has been great. This was a great decision on a great car.

The process was easy. Went to see the car but they were waiting for a part. We liked it right away. When it was finished they called us to test drive. Dan and Dave were terrific no pressure. They gave us a figure and we gave them ours and they did more than we asked for including accessories. John in finance and John the gm were also terrific. I rate this dealership very high.

Once we finalized our decision, the purchase transaction was professionally presented, streamlined, and honest. Pricing and available discounts were clarified, in detail, including the rationale behind each line item. We visited two other Lincoln dealerships in the week prior to our visit to Wickstrom Auto Group. In addition, two days earlier we were prepared to drive to a third dealership after exchanging numerous e-mails which included a trade-in value and final price only to learn the vehicle sold while in the midst of determining an appointment time. We decided to visit Wickstrom Auto Group due to their inventory; their online inventory included a minimum of three vehicles that met our parameters, and we hoped the two hour drive was worth the probability of availability. It was a sound decision. Once on site, Michael offered and completed a search that combined all of the options we preferred from the targeted vehicles. He did indeed locate one, but we elected to purchase our original top selection. We were allowed time and privacy to discuss our decision, absent of any dread that often times can be associated with a dealership representative's interactions. We actually welcomed Michael's inquisitive nature as it benefited our experience. The open concept inside of the dealership was welcoming and completely unique to anything we have experienced prior. The conversations were relaxed and the capability of viewing documents on the wall screen created an all inclusive atmosphere. It always takes a team to complete a financial transaction of this multitude, and everyone involved was close by due to the showroom design format. The Finance Manager, Nick Gerling, was proficient and respectful. The transaction processed quickly and they completed all of the needed tasks with the information we provided. We did not have to place any calls to our insurance company or financial institution as everything was executed for us. It was unlike any other past dealership purchase. Michael continued to accomplish a few requests we had, and once we were officially the owners of the Nautilus he mentored us on the multitude of functions and operation of the vehicle. He assisted us in programming our preferences and his patient and fun personality never wavered throughout our orientation. We will forever remember the "taco holder". To spend hours driving to and from Barrington, Illinois to finalize a major investment would assumedly be an unpleasant necessity in order to obtain a goal. We actually left the dealership commenting how fortunate we were the first three dealership inquiries failed. To further add to our positive interactions, the communication in the following days has been stellar. Have only had it a few weeks, but thi pickup with the 3.0 Hurricane SO, is so much more refined compared to my last 4 Hemis. Way more power!

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

Easy check in, and not a long wait time. When service was complete the service person went over what was completed and checked and advised me of any concerns.

Dealt with grand subaru mostly through E-mail. My salesman Gabriel gave me all the information i asked for. Was very helpful with information and was quick to respond. They had to dealer locate my WRX. Car was there cleaned and ready to go. I would for sure recommend Grand subaru for anyone looking for a subaru.

Our Outback Touring is a plush do everything. The satin black silica puts in a whole higher looking class. The interior is simply stunning and beautiful. With complete leather heated and cooled seats front and back seats. Voice commands etc. All for a very reasonable cost. Just unbelievable!!

They are so busy it sometimes takes a while to get an appt; but service techs provide good service. Dennis Narsson has ben my tech advisor for my last two visits; has explained the problems and kept me updated as to progress. I have been a service customer for ~8 years.

Exceptional experience from the time of inquiry. The Jeep I had originally inquired about through an online query sold that same day. Immediately, Jared started helping find alternative cars that met our needs which involved contacting other dealerships to find a match for us. Within two days, THE JEEP for us had been found! He had a giant red bow put on it for the grand reveal to my daughter which was priceless. The customer service from everyone in the dealership was phenomenal- everyone was attentive to our questions, the purchasing process was quick and painless, and there were frequent communications.
