I had a flat, it caused rim scrapping on both tires on drivers side, I called Brennen and brought the car in and this morning Patty called and it was a nail and they could repair tire and have rims fixed. I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! My sales person Alex Valdez was great! I thought he would give up on me because I was very picky and expected alot. I had resigned myself to keeping my current car, but then he found me the perfect vehicle and I love it! All in all it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend McGrath Honda/Elgin. My Honda Passport is extremely comfortable and roomy inside Lots of driver tech aids (Trailsport Elite trim) and is great on and off road This is a great vehicle for long trips

More fun than I've ever had! I recently purchased a 2024 Bronco outer banks. Yes the road noise is bad mmmm but its a soft top convertible and yes the premium radio was not great so I added a 500 watt subwoofer. But the truth is I feel Like a kid when I drive it!!! if your looking for a Lexus this aint it but soooooo much fun!

Another excellent service experience with the dealership’s service staff; in this case, Service Advisor Roland and two porters, Manny and Jose! Roland addressed me immediately at my scheduled service appointment time, the inspectional and other need commenced, and Porters Manny and Jose provided transportation to and from my home during the efficient service of my vehicle (second one purchased through the dealership). Roland and the porters were attentive, professional, and friendly. Roland kept me apprised of the service process. DuPage Chrysler Dodge and Jeep is a winner!

It gets better than average gas mileage. The inline 6 twin turbo has all the power I need for towing and cruising. I bought it for room in the seats for traveling long distances. The info screen is large and easy to read.

Michael Kajdanowski, our Sales Professional, created an enjoyable and stress free experience during our selection and purchase of our new vehicle. His demeanor and vast knowledge set us immediately at ease. We were able to inspect different vehicles and options, comparing specifics and referring back to our extensive research. Once we finalized our decision, the purchase transaction was professionally presented, streamlined, and honest. Pricing and available discounts were clarified, in detail, including the rationale behind each line item. We visited two other Lincoln dealerships in the week prior to our visit to Wickstrom Auto Group. In addition, two days earlier we were prepared to drive to a third dealership after exchanging numerous e-mails which included a trade-in value and final price only to learn the vehicle sold while in the midst of determining an appointment time. We decided to visit Wickstrom Auto Group due to their inventory; their online inventory included a minimum of three vehicles that met our parameters, and we hoped the two hour drive was worth the probability of availability. It was a sound decision. Once on site, Michael offered and completed a search that combined all of the options we preferred from the targeted vehicles. He did indeed locate one, but we elected to purchase our original top selection. We were allowed time and privacy to discuss our decision, absent of any dread that often times can be associated with a dealership representative's interactions. We actually welcomed Michael's inquisitive nature as it benefited our experience. The open concept inside of the dealership was welcoming and completely unique to anything we have experienced prior. The conversations were relaxed and the capability of viewing documents on the wall screen created an all inclusive atmosphere. It always takes a team to complete a financial transaction of this multitude, and everyone involved was close by due to the showroom design format. The Finance Manager, Nick Gerling, was proficient and respectful. The transaction processed quickly and they completed all of the needed tasks with the information we provided. We did not have to place any calls to our insurance company or financial institution as everything was executed for us. It was unlike any other past dealership purchase. Michael continued to accomplish a few requests we had, and once we were officially the owners of the Nautilus he mentored us on the multitude of functions and operation of the vehicle. He assisted us in programming our preferences and his patient and fun personality never wavered throughout our orientation. We will forever remember the "taco holder". To spend hours driving to and from Barrington, Illinois to finalize a major investment would assumedly be an unpleasant necessity in order to obtain a goal. We actually left the dealership commenting how fortunate we were the first three dealership inquiries failed. To further add to our positive interactions, the communication in the following days has been stellar. We would like to offer our congratulations to the entire team that makes Wickstrom who they are, and our gratitude to Michael for introducing himself to us.
