Mercedes-Benz of Stevens CreekReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek review
As smooth as a Mercedes ride!! I have been a delighted customer of MB Stevens Creek since 2017, but my latest purchase experience, dated Sep 3, 2026 surpassed all expectations. Diana is the perfect companion truly. She helped narrow down my car choice based on budget, and made sure I got more from the bargain than I had originally counted for. I got the dream deal worked out in under 3 hours. Right from looking at the inventory to test driving a car to getting all questions answered to having the comfortable monthly lease worked out to completing the entire paperwork!! Throughout the process, three key players made sure the hand-off and the in-between updates were part of my sipping coffee time at the newly renovated beautiful showroom. I thank them all. Diana - the sales partner, for guiding through and being my champion. Kevin - the manager, for making sure he crunched the numbers to meet my goals, and Jalal - the finance wizard, who made the boring signing process a breeze with his warm stories and a package deal for servicing. I highly recommend MB Stevens Creek as the goto dealership for your perfect Mercedes ride - whether it's sales or services or just a visit.

MINI of Stevens CreekReviews
MINI of Stevens Creek review
I came in under my warranty for my annual oil change. The team/system at Stevens creek made sure to notify me in advance to schedule an appointment which made it a breeze. Johnny my rep has such good dry humor that I’ve got to stop for a minute and actually think as he takes the time to make me laugh through all the paperwork. The team always takes great care of my 2025 Mini SE Ive named Chase. They have even on occasion began calling my mini by the name I gave him. Waiting in their lovely lounge full of complimentary snacks and an automated espresso machine makes me forget I’m waiting for my car. This is probably the best dealership service station I’ve ever experienced. I’m grateful to Blake, Johnny and the entire team for such a blessed opportunity to keep my mini Chase healthy and strong!

I recently purchased a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe. CDJR Morgan Hill took the time to understand my needs and made me a deal I could not pass up. The Morgan Hill package is worth ever dollar consisting of a complete exterior/interior protection application and coverage package, 1 year LoJack coverage and a nitrogen tire roadside coverage package. Traded in my 2016 Toyota van for brand new 19 Honda Odyssey EX with sensing. Yay! GM Tony Carranza And his management Team including Martin and Joe, All helpful and involved. Pablo was my sales person, Great guy drove up three different vehicles for me to pick from, answered all my questions. I decided to stay with a minivan instead of a SUV. Personally the sliding doors did it. Finance guy Connor was great, I did decide to buy warranty Why because I can’t fix anything myself. A dealership
2026 Honda Passport review
I've had the vehicle for 2 weeks. I like it but it's ridiculous the AC is not cold enough because it automatically keeps switching to "woke" mode. Meaning, Economy Drive mode. No way to switch it. Honda needs to fix this. The AC sucks in the 2026 Passport top model

Sales person, Manny Garcia was genuine when talking with him. He was nice and professional with my interaction with him. I recommend seeing Manny Garcia if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.
2026 Ford Maverick review
I'm getting 42 mpg! Super impressive hybrid engineering and tech! I feel in control of the responsive hybrid system (activating electric mode with pedal modulation). I've towed a trailer with a quad and an oven, plenty of power. Payload capacity is WAY higher than expected. Acceleration is peppy and the transmission feels dialed in and reliable. Move over Toyota, there's a new hybrid king in town! Seriously, I can't think of a more versatile vehicle than this little truck... it can do it all, with comfort, style, and affordability. The only thing that could be improved is: I'd like to see the battery percentage of the 1.1kWh pack.

Freeway Toyota of GilroyReviews
Freeway Toyota of Gilroy review
We purchased a 2025 Camry at Gilroy Toyota! The staff is amazing and made it a smooth and stressless experience! Thank you Gilroy Toyota
2026 Toyota Tundra review
I’ve basically only owned Toyota trucks with a few exceptions and I like this truck. It’s just so annoying to own. Now to give context I do have the baseline SR model 4 x 4 because I like to save money and also like to build my truck so I’ve added essentially a TRD suspension and 20 inch TRD wheels. It looks amazing. But here are my issues. Remote start is great, but there’s no way to keep it running once you enter the vehicle. This is ridiculous because the 2026 Tacoma does not have the so-called safety feature. It will continue to run as you get in the truck and leave. Come on Toyota that’s dumb. I do drive this truck around the farm a lot and the seatbelt signal is just such an annoyance! I drive mostly around town but definitely don’t have a heavy foot and I’m getting around 13.5 MPG, for a 2026 that is terrible. Why not just go back to the amazing 57 V8. This truck has a lag or delay from start and Toyota told me that there is no update to fix that although I believe there is. Along with that there is no tow/haul mode or power mode. I believe other Trim levels have an option for this, but this is ridiculous. It should be standard on every truck, especially if Toyota considers himself to be a real truck manufacturer. Of course zero problems and great reliability. Otherwise it’s great.

Being in sales myself I don’t compliment others in the same, unless warranted. My recent experience with Volvo Autonation Santa Clara was truly amazing. I felt heard and taken care of throughout the sales discussion and process by all team members. This positive experience resulted in a purchase of a new vehicle. The entire team worked well together and all understood the meaning of customer first!. From the quality of the car, to the Volvo team both continue to exceed my expectations. Regards, a happy customer!

Flat tire. GMC worked me in. I received a loaner vehicle so I could finish my errands. Within 2 hours, my tire was repaired and I was on my way.

Jaguar San JoseReviews
Jaguar San Jose review
I guess that I should have researched the Honda CR-V before purchasing it. I was shocked that it did not have a heated steering wheel or a garage door opener button. I bought my sister a Honda CR-V five years ago and her car had these features. Of course, she had done her research and knew to ask for the touring model. I asked for the touring model and was told that it was not available on my model. I do love the size of the CR-V, the blue color and the safety features. I am still learning the features. I did buy an after-market heated steering wheel cover so my cold fingers are now happy.

Stevens Creek BMW review
I must start by saying that under normal circumstances, I never review and/or write regarding my experiences. Mr. Von since the get-go (phone & texts) worked as well as listened to our wants and needs. Although we didn't get the 21' sporty tires we wanted (we can purchase at some point I suppose) Ultimately, we got the SUV we wanted and perfect color the wife wanted (Brooklyn Grey). Btw - Von I may text you regarding a few suggestions with accessories! Eric C. Diaz in the Finance Dept. guided us with a swimmingly and smooth process; if there is a such thing when purchasing a luxury vehicle. With attention to detail and patience required going through a plethora of finance/numbers paperwork/signage he was passionate about walking us through with empathy and excitement. For all of this and more to come! Your superb care will not go unnoticed Eric Cahue Diaz! Happy Camper - R. Israel Medina Del Toro & Veronica Vazquez.

AutoNation Volvo Cars San Jose review
Good Customer Service; Good Buying Process. I trade in my old Volvo XC90 and buy a new Volvo EX30. They tried their best to make it happen.
2026 Volvo EX30 review
Ultra Trim No more gasoline for me. This car is extremely fast and nimble. It's small and that's a plus in city streets It is VERY quiet and the Harman Kardon sound system is very nice. There is a learning curve with this car and as I get more used to the system, the more fun this car becomes. I am using level 1 charging so I just plug into a standard 115V outlet and that is plenty sufficient for me.

Capitol Subaru review
Jerome was great! He was really patient with us and even offered to go to another brand's lot and bring one of their used cars over for us to test drive. We had a million questions and he effortlessly and kindly answered every single one. No pressure, no haggling, just helpful! The financing department was very slow and kind of disorganized, which is why I gave four stars instead of five, but I would definitely recommend this place and come back here anytime!
2026 Subaru Forester Hybrid review
I am absolutely in love with my new 2026 Forester Hybrid! I've driven Subarus for years, including my well loved Baha (10+ years). As soon as I sat in the seat of this new car, I knew it was built for me! It just felt right. I am short and rarely does the seat belt in most cars fit me safely. The lowest level for the strap length was just right! (I'm 5 ft. tall and shrinking.) The safety features were wonderful. I was in a car crash with my old Subaru (totaled) and from 2 sides, it was like nothing had happened. The well thought out interior kept me in my seat. The 2 airbags on the drivers side were deployed and because Subarus are so safe, I walked away with bruises from airbags. I had NO NECK PAIN whatsoever! Every employee I met at Subaru was friendly and helpful!

Stevens Creek BMW review
I have been Looking for a Used Audi Q6 E-tron Prestige with low miles was just listed at Stevens Creek BMW. I quickly contacted the Dealer and this Audi just came in on trade. I called the BMW dealer and spoken with Alec Kisin - BMW internet Sales. I explained that I was located in Washington State and was very much intrested in buying the car. Once I have obtained the airline tickets Stevens Creek BMW agreed to hold the car for me and I flew out the next day for a test drive, purchase and 900 mile drive back home. #1 Alec was very easy to work with. The car was in New Condition and on top of that a great price. #2 Harres Asefi - Finance Manager again easy to work with. Contract was already written for me. In summary: -Great Car! -Great Price! -Great People! -Easy to do Business with! Thanks Again, Guy Cheek
