Although I live on Long Island, I chose to bring my 2021 Corvette back to Executive (where I purchased it) for a minor problem. I was impressed with the service mgr.(Kevin) because he was concerned that the Vette was parked under a tree, and told an employee to move it so it wouldn't get soiled(sap). I was grateful that Jennifer was able to get me an appointment in less than 24 hours of me calling her. Mark was my service advisor and he was a pleasure to deal with- he took the time to explain to me the problem and the steps they took, and the phone calls they made to Chevrolet, to resolve the problem. When the repair was completed the Corvette tech. (Steve) parked the car off to the side where it would be "safe". Everybody that handled the car treated it with respect. Although it's almost a 300 mile roundtrip from my home, I will definitely use Executive for my scheduled services.

I just purchased a used car from Wile Hyundai. Steve C. was my salesman, he was very helpful in finding me a vehicle that would fit within my budget, Along with Gus the sales manager. They made my purchase a positive experience. As a woman you don't always get treated well at dealerships ,but these two guys made me comfortable and worked with me and there was never any pressure to buy something I didn't want.

I was very happy with my experience car shopping at Barberino in Wallingford. My sale person (Randy) was extremely honest , straightforward. He even entertained my 7 year old son who tagged along with me :) I always walk into a dealership expecting the worse but my experience was by far exceptional today. They took the time to find the best possible scenario for me and everyone was very courteous. I highly recommended visiting if you are looking for a good , stressless car buying experience. Comfortable with nice acceleration smooth transmission, smooth ride. Holds the road at high speeds in the rain very well. Beautiful dash board. Brakes very well. AC is good not great but does the job. Very nice looking, great design. Nice interior. Very good back up screen. Comfortable seats for long drives. Very good leg room front and back seats.

We stopped in to test drive the Rav 4 and within 15 minutes we were out on the road! Nick was fantastic start to finish in helping us acquire the proper insurance and banking documents that we needed to purchase the car. He was there at the end to congratulate us and send us on our way. 5 stars! The pick up process was excellent and exceeded our expectations. I love that Balise provided someone to talk us through the features of our vehicle before just letting us drive off to figure it out on our own. Nate was fantastic in doing this. Very calm and thorough. I did not feel rushed. He got my phone connected with apple play, which is super cool! He showed me how all that stuff worked and he answered all of my questions. Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

Just recently bought a 2023 Subaru Forrester the experience was excellent from the sales representative to the team that prepared the vehicle, to the car person who explained how the car works with features, to finally the finance manager at Premier Subaru in Watertown ,CT.

First Subaru ever. Got the Ascent Touring onyx. Fully loaded. The handling is great. I love the all wheel drive. It is much zippier than my Toyota Highlander Hybrid. For the money, the safety equipment, and extras are worth it. I LOVE the auto vehicle hold! Never knew I needed it until I had it. I miss the mileage of my hybrid, but the amount I drive it is not too much of an overall ownership cost difference. The center counsel system is slow to react sometimes, and would like physical buttons. Otherwise I love the large screen. Happy that the shifter is actually a shifter not a button or knob. Love the rear view camera, and surround cameras for parking are good. App, is better than most, and facial recognition is great for seat, mirror adjustments and lifetime gas mileage!

Chantilly provided me with the best experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. She is warm, funny, caring, patient, and she knows her stuff inside and out. She is always willing to answer questions, but she will also seek out answers from others when she does not know the answer. I really enjoyed my experience and never felt pressured in ANY way. Perfect car! Traded in my CX-30, which was a wonderful car, but I wanted better visibility and more backseat space. The CX-5 ticks all the boxes: reasonable price, driving comfort, beautiful interior, smart dial system to use with the screen (which makes driving much safer than a touchscreen), plenty of cargo space without feeling too large, All Wheel Drive, and fun to drive. And some luxury options even on the lower trims.

Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

This is an AMAZING dealership. We purchased a few months back. Our salesperson Fran was awesome. He didn't push. He showed us the car we wanted to see. It was just as advertised and sold itself. Jake, the business manager, was awesome. Everything was so easy. Brought the vehicle in this week for my first free oil change. Right on time. One hour as promised. Their on-site restaurant was great. I had lunch, and my car was ready. Full inspection and topping off fluids, checked brakes and tires, battery, etc. I wouldn't buy a Kia or Ford anywhere else. This place has got it right. Kudos on great customer service!!

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Great car. Radar guide cruise control is extremely annoying, so is the beeping for everything that you cant shut off. Its slow as xxxx, but it is a soccer mom car. Super fuel efficient and reliable... except for the water pump that seems to go out every 20k miles but its covered to 200k. Other than that, haven't had a single issue with it. Great commuter car. Good for road trips but back seat was mad for small children. Im 6,0 and cannot fit unless the person in the front has their knees in the dashboard

I came in for an oil change and the process could not have been smoother. They started the service on time and had all information for any recalls available. The technician discovered one tire that was mounted backwards and brought it to my attention. They were able to correct the issue without me having to leave the car. Overall the experience at Hoffman Porsche has always been very positive. Joe DeLaCruz is an added bonus to the team as he helped me through the service my vehicle needed and even located another Porsche service center in the area that I have moved to. I can only hope that place can be just as good as Hoffman. I will definitely miss the trust I have with the Hoffman team. If I have any service needs while I’m in the area I will always go to Hoffman Porsche.

Except for the engine stopping at a light (which you have to press a button each time you start the vehicle), the Passport is roomy, comfy, better gas mileage for around town driving at 21 than my 6 year old 4runner (which is a heavier vehicle). Still trying to get used to all the bells and whistles and how to program them to my choices. The drivers manual is cumbersome and full of all the child tether info which is good for many but n/a for me. This is a base RTL with trailer hitch model. Would prefer it had a rear window that rolled down on hatch. Loving the remote pulldown and opening of the hatch. Never bother with the foot kick opening. And it is a V6!!!!!

An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

I bought the 2025 Crosstrek even though the gas mileage wasn't great and I am glad I did. While sticker said to expect 28-31 miles per gallon, I am getting 32-35 on the highway and definitely more than 28 in stop and go traffic. It is also a good car for older drivers like me. I didn't realize I was often outside my lane. The lane departure function has improved my driving. The Crosstrek also has a large screen for maps and apple car play, so I am not looking down to navigate. I highly recommend this car for older drivers who need the safety features and don't drive enough to make a hybrid worth the extra money.

I feel I must update my review from last month as Kia finally replaced the Power Relay Assembly and everything works perfectly now! Lucky that it presented as AC not blowing cold air. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive. We're planning a long road trip over Thanksgiving looking forward to using the Tesla supercharging network.
