Just bought a new Tucson hybrid here. Folks at Kirkland Hyundai were great to work with. Good selection on the lot. Sales person Zishan was really straitforward and polite to work with. He was not at all pushy (like at some places) and didnt play any games. Was willing to work on price and the overall experience was good. Would definitly reccomend.

It was a nice experience. The interior and exterior are very nice. I can say that this is a good purchase for personal and family use.

I found a truck on CARFAX that was up in Everett with Hyundai of Everett. Turned out the truck was at a small satellite car lot called Auto Right Lake Stevens. I arranged appointment with Preston Peterson and went to see the truck- a 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500. It was an awesome experience dealing with Preston at Auto Right. They sell some of the higher quality used vehicles for Hyundai of Everett. It was a nice experience to be at a smaller low pressure lot. The big car dealership can see like walking into a pack of wolves, not here! I spent a lot of time going through, around and under the truck, a nice no pressure test drive and Preston answered all my questions honestly. The buying process was no pressure and I felt I got a honest, fair price. On top of a great buying experience I was in a rental car driving from Olympia. Preston followed me to drop the rental off At the rental agency in Everett, then drove me back to Auto Right so I could drive my truck back to Olympia . Outstanding vehicle. Quiet, dependable, comfortable. Acceptable power and economy. Pity the turbo is no longer available. This is our fourth Subie. No issues with any of them. Change the oil every six months and do the timing belt at 100K miles and it’s good for 200K plus.

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

My Family and I made a road of a total of 3500 miles just to make a sale with these guys, and we would definitely do it again, they made the experience worth while and stress free! Loved how great they were on communication and information! If I could give 10 starts we would!!!

In 40+ years of buying cars, this was may first experience with buying a used car from a dealer. From the moment I met the Sales Person Hussein until when I walked out the door with the keys, I felt calm and relaxed and honestly felt like these people cared and this car wasn't even a Subaru! I don't write a lot of reviews on the internet but this place deserves one. I could only imagine what it would be like if I bought a new car there. Go see Hussein!

My wife and I are in our mid 70s, and this is only the second time we have purchased a new car. We were treated with respect. We knew what new car we wanted, and John Neal, in a most professional, friendly, knowledgable and courteous manner, shepherded us through the buying process. He listened to our needs and fully answered all our questions. He asserted no pressure. We preordered our car, and when it came time for delivery, he spent well over 3 hours with us, most genuinely patient, describing the multitude of vehicle options and warranties. We also had a very positive experience with Max when it came to signing all the paper work. He was very friendly and organized and willingly answered our minutia filled questions. He gave us the time we needed to be comfortable with all the paper work. We were very pleasantly surprised in the amount of our trade-in.

Overall top marks for the dealership, special mention for the sales rep Diana. A great place to spend hard earned money. Normally it’s hard to recommend a dealer, not this time.

I usually wouldn't spend time reviewing a car dealership, but after 2 easy, seamless transactions, I felt that I should at least share my experience and give praise to those who deserve it. I bought 2 new cars in the span of 4 months, the 2nd one being out of necessity. Because the first transaction in June was so easy, I felt compelled to go back for my 2nd new car as well. Exceptional, especially since I, along with most others, dread the car buying experience. Randy was a no BS salesperson.
