2026 Chevrolet Traverse review
Bought this to replace a vehicle I had owned for 15 years and I will say that catching up with the technology has been interesting. I wanted the off road capabilities and have not yet (at 2500 miles) had a lot of opportunity to see what it will do in mild off road situations but so far am impressed with performance so far. Ride is very good, typical GM stuff, seats maybe could be a little nicer, I am 75 years old and while this is a nice ride (longest trip from Michigan to Tennessee so far) it is comfortable but seems like it could a little more comfy, GM always wants to put you in that next up category. Surprised at the power of a four cylinder 2.5 L engine, that thing can turn the tires over if you are not careful. Overall I am very satisfied with this vehicle after four months of ownership and would recommend it, no problems, no surprises, oh, and really like the Google maps and large screen. Looking forward to my next road trip with this vehicle, its a nice ride. I might say too that I have owned a full size truck (Avalanche) before and prefer a predominantly front wheel drive vehicle so that was something that influenced this purchase decision.

We were looking for a specific vehicle and found it on Cars.com. Sewell reached out immediately. I explained this was a purchase for my parents, who were use to driving around from dealer to dealer. I told my Mom and Dad there was an easier way. Will was our sales person and he reached out immediately providing me with all the vehicle info. We agreed to meet with him the next morning . When we arrived at Sewell, Will greeted us and was so friendly and kind. My parents were overwhelmed with the dignity and respect this dealership showed us even though my parent’s barely speak English. They have always been intimidated in high class places but they felt so welcomed- like family. Before you start thinking - Oh it’s because they bought a Rover… no they didn’t , they bought a used Chevy in pristine condition. The most impressive take away is that they didn’t treat us any less than their usual client base. They offered to wash the car and do an oil change and deliver it to her home the next day. All I can say is that Sewell Land Rover North Austin deserves to be recognized for excellent customer service and to thank Will for having the the most genuine care for us. I hope all dealers would learn from this dealership … It’s not always all about the money. I am positively certain the next time I look for a vehicle I won’t be going anywhere else.

2026 Cadillac Escalade review

I had a wonderful experience. I bought a brand new 2026 Chevy Traverse at a different dealership. I had the car for a week and I had to have it at the dealership for an over the air update that basically killed my car. I had to have a tow truck come and jump my car. I bring it to the dealership and I have to rent a car because they don't have any loaner cars. So, I get the car back and they say everything is ok. A few weeks later another update and it doesn't work. I call to get an appointment and a loaner car and it's going to be a few weeks. I have had this car for a total of 30 days, I spoke with the service manager and no one seemed to really car or offer to help me in any way. I was put on a waiting list for a loaner car because I can't afford to rent a car for 3 or 4 days every time my car is in the shop. So, I called Covert, from the woman who answered the phone I explained everything to her and I was put on a list for a loaner car. She called me back in 2 days, they had a car for me and told me that Adam would be my service provider. I was able to drop off my car, pick up a car and get everything taken care of without any hassle. Adam was great and kept in communication with me the entire time. I wish I got my car here, but I will absolutely recommend this dealership and buy my next vehicle here. Thank you so much.
2026 Buick Encore GX review
We purchased the Avenir model with the extra options as well. The basic car is great, but this level of additional features provide an amazing ride. It rides like a car that’s bigger , and it is super quiet well handling the variable steering all the features. What an amazing car Fun and easy to drive around town and on the highway

Sunday morning we couldn’t get it to start(our stupidity) not knowing it starts when you don’t even it’s started. Martin was kind enough to come over Sunday morning to help us. We were so appreciative. Also “Coach “ gave us excellent info on how the car operates and help w getting a charger put in our garage. In the end we were extremely satisfied. So 5 out of 5 stars !!! This 2026 is my 3rd Trax and I love them! Perfect size, especially as a Senior. Gets me up high and overall car size very manageable. The price point is great and even adding all the safety and interior amenities. Maneuvers easily and great on gas in both intercity and long distance driving. 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 review
A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

I hate to parrot the other great reviews. But I will. We too hate all the issues in buying a new car. City Limits Subaru changed that after all our years of buying cars but dreading it. City Limits Subaru was the greatest. Car selection was fantastic. Even better was everyone at the dealership was above and beyond any other auto dealer. The staff was attentive, respectful, very efficient, knowledgeable and, no pressure at all. No pressure with the sale of the vehicle or the finance department. Can’t say anything bad about this car. Comfortable, fun to drive and a great value. Only concern might be the longevity of the 3 cylinder engine. Bought an extended warranty to handle that potential issue.
