Our experience buying my new 2023 Chevy Equinox LS sports package AWD through Green Chevrolet in Peoria was excellent. We actually live in Springfield but couldn?t drive to Peoria until after 6:00 p.m.; and their lot closes at 7:00 p.m. So, even though Edd and I arrived a little after 7:00 p.m., everyone there were pleasant, kind, knowledgeable, professional and didn?t make us feel as if they were already closed when we arrived. All our questions were answered and they made us feel as if it was all about us regardless of the fact that everyone there were technically off work. The entire car buying experience with the staff at Green Chevrolet in Peoria was amazingly refreshing. I will definitely recommend Edwin Jordan and this car lot to family, friends church members, and to my co-workers.

2026 GMC Acadia review
This car has all the features of most higher priced luxury cars. Very quiet ride and super comfortable seats and a large display screen for showing driving directions and those are also on the front dashboard next to the speedometer. I bought the Elevation version and it comes with a rear hitch.

2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid review
I has never envisioned myself buying a Hyundai until I looked at them. I quickly fell in love with the looks of the Santa Fe and Palisade. I chose the Palisade because it was bigger and I chose the Hybrid because of the wonderful reviews I read about it. So far the car droves like a dream. I think it is a car that looks as good as similar mid size SUV's at a much higher price. And I know the reviews for reliability and performance are often better than the more expensive competitors. My only complaint might be all the high tech stuff I have to learn about it. But I think that is pretty much the same with all new cars these days. Bonus is my Palisade has a wonderful Bose system that sounds fabulous. Hyundai has won this GM abd Chrysler girl over!

2026 Chevrolet Traverse review
Bought this to replace a vehicle I had owned for 15 years and I will say that catching up with the technology has been interesting. I wanted the off road capabilities and have not yet (at 2500 miles) had a lot of opportunity to see what it will do in mild off road situations but so far am impressed with performance so far. Ride is very good, typical GM stuff, seats maybe could be a little nicer, I am 75 years old and while this is a nice ride (longest trip from Michigan to Tennessee so far) it is comfortable but seems like it could a little more comfy, GM always wants to put you in that next up category. Surprised at the power of a four cylinder 2.5 L engine, that thing can turn the tires over if you are not careful. Overall I am very satisfied with this vehicle after four months of ownership and would recommend it, no problems, no surprises, oh, and really like the Google maps and large screen. Looking forward to my next road trip with this vehicle, its a nice ride. I might say too that I have owned a full size truck (Avalanche) before and prefer a predominantly front wheel drive vehicle so that was something that influenced this purchase decision.

Initially I was trying for a hybrid, but the hybrids made by Mazda were too big for my garage, so I tried Toyota and Honda models that would fit. Having been spoiled by my previous Mazda, my expectations were high, and all these cars were a disappointment for various reasons. And given I drive low mileage, it would have taken many years to recoup the cost of a hybrid vs whatever fuel savings they could provide. So in the end, I went back to Mazda and tried the CX30-Preferred AWD. Fell in love with it the moment I got in. For the money, it offered the most features, safety and otherwise, as standard, for a price that was truly affordable. Lots of bang for your buck. The vehicle design, construction, interior materials and organization just shout quality, excellence, reliability and safety. Mazda truly lives up to its reputation for amazing attention to detail throughout the vehicle. The unique Mazda design and AWD solidly hugs the road around curves, giving a great sense of control without feeling heavy. The car is about the same size as my Touring, on the smaller side, so it's an easy fit into the garage and small parking spaces. AND there is the crossover height and power front seat, making it easy for getting my old bones in and out of the car. I love the central display position and operation either by voice command or using buttons on my console rather than touching the screen. There is a learning curve, but once mastered, works very well on Android Auto with my phone. The only drawback is that my phone doesn't seem to charge - the dealer said that can happen with Androids. But that's a minor point for me. The cargo area is slightly narrower than in my Touring hatchback, but with the back seat down, it's comparable and more than adequate for my needs. Plus, Mazda has these wonderful soft cargo mats you can purchase that protect the back of the rear seat and the rear bumper when you are loading up. Sturdy and well made, the materials are great quality, and the mats are easy to install. And then there is the easy to use and well organized 'My Mazda" app to customize functional settings, perform all kinds of things remotely and check the status of various items about my vehicle, manage maintenance schedules, etc. I've had the car now for almost 4 weeks and have taken a couple of long road trips - and I have to say, every time I get in it, I am absolutely delighted with my choice. I feel really safe driving it, am loving the quality, ride, common-sense design and organization of the central and operational displays, AND the moonroof which was also standard. If this review sounds over the top, it's because this vehicle deserves it, believe me....it's a great vehicle for seniors like me especially. No reservations at all in recommending the Mazda CX30 AWD, Preferred.

2026 Mazda CX-30 review
So far the car is great. I do like the design of the CX30 more than the CX5, however, I love the full sunroof on the new CX5. I didn't think I would be able to get that in the CX30 but come to find out I could but I would miss out on the Bose speakers. I went for it and the standard speakers are good enough. They lack base is about it. As far as the shopping experience goes it was the best I ever experienced. I purchased the car from Hamilton Mazda in Hamilton NJ and the salesman was on point. Easy peezy. Mike Rees is the best salesman to date. I wasn't there all day, and he really worked with me. My credit isn't the best and the finance office did what they could to make it happen. My wife and I live in OKC. We shopped 3 different Lexus dealers for a new RC 350 and Grant Smith at Lexus of Wichita was easily the most responsive. He was pleasant, professional and we felt no pressure in dealing with him. He found what we wanted (the car we wanted was intended for another dealer and he and the staff negotiated to trade allocations.) We traveled from OKC when our car arrived. We spent about an hour and a half visiting while he completed the paperwork. Very relaxed and even the "additional options/warranties" offer took only 10 minutes with no pressure. I'm 56 and this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had.
2026 Lexus IS 350 review
I needed another car because my car was on the outs and I had been googling and reviewing cars for about 6 months and Lexus really caught my eye. The ratings and comparisons to like cars was what made my decision for me. I've had the car now for about 3 weeks and it is a joy to drive. There are some safety additions I have to get used to but overall, I'm pretty happy with this vehicle.

Worked with Earl Wood at Acura of Wichita. I had been drooling over my first used Mercedes. He was incredibly thoughtful and very helpful! The vehicle was in amazing shape, unbelievable clean. He had it reserved with a sign in the windshield. Had made sure the features that were important to my wife was visible. (Rear sun shade). Overall very impressed! Will buy another vehicle from Walser, and from Woody!
