Woodland Motors review
Smoothest process of buy a vehicle I have ever experienced. Everyone is helpful and friendly, from the sales to finance to service. No complaints whatsoever.
2026 Chevrolet Tahoe review
MY 2026 Chevy Tahoe Z 71 had some issues with the electronics early on (2500 miles) which included defrosters coming on by themselves as well as temps in the vehicle changing to 75 degrees when starting up in the morning. GMC did an update and everything seems to be functioning well. The adaptive cruise control is a little rough in its reaction to other vehicles that are stopping as well as when going around curves, but for the most part it seems to work well. I would not click on the auto speed change in the apps section as the vehicle changes speeds to coincide with posted speed limits which can be very abrupt if there is a 15-20 mph differential. Dash and screen are very nice and accommodating. Currently I am having a problem with connecting my iPhone to the vehicle as a trusted device permanently and have been on the call with ONSTAR as well as googling and using ChatGPT to find out why it keeps dropping. No answer as of today. Love the feel of the Tahoe and feel the engine is sufficient for every day driving as well as minor off road use. Pricey for those that want a vehicle under 75,000 dollars but a good value against the competition.

2027 Dodge Durango review
Bought a 2027 Dodge Durango 392. All I can say is, Wow!! What a beast! And for $55k out the door, what a steal!! Not quite a second slower 0-60 and $40k cheaper than a Hellcat!! Love how it looks and drives. Zero complaints besides the cost of gas ;)

Bryon Burdette did an outstanding job for us. His follow through was excellent. I actually chose him to purchase my new car over Lexus of Roseville because of his follow through & the way he kept checking in. He spent significant time teaching us the new aspects of the car the day we picked it up staying very late to make sure we were knowledgeable. Love my new car. Love Byron, too!

2026 Volkswagen Golf GTI review
The car is an absolute joy to drive. It handles amazingly. I wanted reliable, good fuel mileage, and sporty. The car checks all 3 boxes. I’ve put almost 1500 miles on the car in 15 days. It goes from miles per gallon to smiles per gallon with a simple press of the gas pedal. I did a lot of research on the car before the test drive and the purchase. The reviews could not have prepared me for the actual test drive and how well the car performs. The car will break the tires loose at 20 mph. I have zero negative things to say about the car. I can’t even attempt to say anything negative. I drive almost 80 miles per day for work. I look forward to the commute thanks to the car.

Hoblit Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
Hoblit Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I had a great experience buying my vehicle here. My salesperson, Josh, was knowledgeable, patient, and made everything feel straightforward from start to finish. He took the time to answer every question I had, walked me through all the features, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. This made me feel valued and confident in his assistance. The dealership itself was clean and organized, and everyone I interacted with was friendly. The financing process was quick and clearly explained, and I felt confident about the options I was given, including the vehicles and features I was interested in. The car was ready when promised and exactly as described. Overall, it was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve had. I’d definitely recommend working with Josh if you’re looking for someone honest, helpful, and who really knows the inventory. This smooth process made me feel relieved and pleased with my choice.

El Dorado HondaReviews
2026 Honda Civic review
Positive Points Exceptional Fuel Efficiency: The hybrid powertrain delivers outstanding gas mileage, registering highly competitive figures for city and highway driving without the need to plug in.Engaging Handling: The car offers a dynamic and fun-to-drive experience, featuring sharp steering, a stable suspension, and excellent road grip.Spacious Cabin and Cargo: The interior provides ample room for passengers, and the trunk capacity—especially in the hatchback configuration—ensures high practicality for daily use.Solid Reliability and Safety: It maintains Honda's strong reputation for durability, backed by high crash-test ratings and a comprehensive suite of standard active safety systems.Intuitive Technology: The dashboard features a responsive, easy-to-use infotainment system paired with high-quality, tactile physical buttons for essential climate and audio controls.Negative Points Intrusive Cabin Noise: Wind and road noise are noticeably loud inside the cabin, particularly at highway speeds or when equipped with factory sports tires.Premium Pricing: The initial cost is noticeably higher than many of its direct competitors in the compact sedan and hatchback segment.Underpowered Base Powertrain: The standard non-hybrid engine feels slow, and the continuously variable transmission (CVT) can deliver a dull, uninspiring acceleration experience.Missing Basic Amenities: It lacks a physical spare tire—providing only a fix-a-flat repair kit—and lower trim levels are missing standard features expected at this price point.Stiff Seating on Long Drives: The front seats are firm and lack proper lumbar support, which can lead to physical discomfort during extended trips.

Woodland Motors review
I just want to share how much I appreciate Woodland Motors. My salesperson, Denario Tatmon, was truly a pleasure to work with. He never pressured me at any point—he really listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and took the time to research options within my price range. He found exactly what I was looking for and had it ready for me the very next day. Denario walked me through the entire car-buying process, breaking everything down in a way that made it easy to understand. He was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. This was my first time purchasing a car completely on my own—no co-signer, no husband handling things for me, just his support in the background. It was a big moment for me, and Denario made it a great experience from start to finish. Thank you, Woodland Motors—I absolutely love my new ride! 🚗✨

Roseville ToyotaReviews
Roseville Toyota review
Bought a used Tacoma, everyone employee that I dealt with was very professional and easy to work with. I recommend you look for your next Toyota from them!!!
2026 Toyota RAV4 review
I've now had the car for a month and 1,000 miles. As many have already stated, Toyota cheaped out on the interior (in fairness, I drive the poverty edition LE), lots of hard plastics, sharp corners and intruding fixtures. The good news is that it looks like the interior will wear forever. I do like the seats in the LE much better than any other trim level. Yes, they are basic cloth but are supportive, hold you firmly in turns and are easy to clean. Drive train wise, Toyota has nailed it again. Smart to go only hybrid or plug-in hybrid as this seems to be the future. 42MPG out of an SUV, even a compact one, is impressive while giving up nothing in the way of power or responsiveness. Having none of the connectivity issues cited for Android Auto so may be just lucky or an older phone - who knows. Touch screen is fairly easy to use and nice that the climate controls are always shown. Styling is such a subjective thing but I like it, even more once I swapped out the dark wheels for a more old-school silver set. Since $35,000 is considered "cheap" in today's world, you won't do any better in an SUV. I've also owned the new Camry and if you are a sedan person, it's an even better deal than the RAV4 and much more luxurious

Shottenkirk Honda Davis review
After looking online for a couple of weeks, and searching within 2 hours of the Bay Area, we decided to head for University Honda. We exchanged emails and made an appointment to meet with the internet sales reps. We arrived as schedule and had someone with us within 5 minutes. We negotiated pricing and ended up with a deal that beat anyone else within 200+ miles. No pressure sales and very earnest and straightforward about the deal. A DETAILED personalized walkthrough of the entire vehicle before we left the lot. EXTRA BONUS - we left the car at the dealership while we went to lunch and took a brief tour of Davis.
2026 Honda Passport review
I've had the vehicle for 2 weeks. I like it but it's ridiculous the AC is not cold enough because it automatically keeps switching to "woke" mode. Meaning, Economy Drive mode. No way to switch it. Honda needs to fix this. The AC sucks in the 2026 Passport top model

2026 Mazda CX-90 review
After owning several luxury SUV”s , the Mazda CX 90 with the inline 6 engine, is amazing and just as luxurious! The cabin is quiet the ride is smooth and have taken several road trips without any problems. We have been very impressed with the gas mileage on this AWD as well. The third row is ideal for anyone under 5.11, and it’s very convenient to have rear AC that can be controlled by rear passengers.

Elk Grove FordReviews
2026 Ford Maverick review
I'm getting 42 mpg! Super impressive hybrid engineering and tech! I feel in control of the responsive hybrid system (activating electric mode with pedal modulation). I've towed a trailer with a quad and an oven, plenty of power. Payload capacity is WAY higher than expected. Acceleration is peppy and the transmission feels dialed in and reliable. Move over Toyota, there's a new hybrid king in town! Seriously, I can't think of a more versatile vehicle than this little truck... it can do it all, with comfort, style, and affordability. The only thing that could be improved is: I'd like to see the battery percentage of the 1.1kWh pack.

Roseville Toyota review
Extremely helpful and the salesman worked hard to get us a great deal. Thank you
2026 Toyota Tundra review
I’ve basically only owned Toyota trucks with a few exceptions and I like this truck. It’s just so annoying to own. Now to give context I do have the baseline SR model 4 x 4 because I like to save money and also like to build my truck so I’ve added essentially a TRD suspension and 20 inch TRD wheels. It looks amazing. But here are my issues. Remote start is great, but there’s no way to keep it running once you enter the vehicle. This is ridiculous because the 2026 Tacoma does not have the so-called safety feature. It will continue to run as you get in the truck and leave. Come on Toyota that’s dumb. I do drive this truck around the farm a lot and the seatbelt signal is just such an annoyance! I drive mostly around town but definitely don’t have a heavy foot and I’m getting around 13.5 MPG, for a 2026 that is terrible. Why not just go back to the amazing 57 V8. This truck has a lag or delay from start and Toyota told me that there is no update to fix that although I believe there is. Along with that there is no tow/haul mode or power mode. I believe other Trim levels have an option for this, but this is ridiculous. It should be standard on every truck, especially if Toyota considers himself to be a real truck manufacturer. Of course zero problems and great reliability. Otherwise it’s great.

A Spec Advance has all the features I need and is super comfortable. Massaging seats, heated steering wheel, heads up display and just the right amount of tech. This is not the top line model but darn close. Great punch for the price amongst comparables and has the quality and reliabilty from Honda/Acura that you can count on.

Elk Grove Ford review
Just purchased a 2022 Dodge Laramie 2500 from Elk Grove Ford. Our salesman was Mike (self described as big hairy guy with a hat!!) He was absolutely amazing!! Had everything done and prepared for us, as we were coming from San Diego to purchase. Great dealership..even better customer service, which just isn’t always the case these days sadly. Thank you Mike for an excellent experience at Elk Grove Ford.
2026 Ford F-150 review
F150 XLT Surprised by how smooth the ride is. It’s quite up front but I hear road noise from the rear of the truck. Seats are comfortable and the rear seating is massive. I can’t believe how much space there is back there. I am very impressed with the mileage and power from the 2.7 Towing is easy for the 2.7 which did surprise me. It tows my dual axle travel trailer with ease. But gas milage while towing is not good. The sync 4 system still needs improvement. It works well but is not intuitive. Things that should be easy to find are not well optimized. The steering and handing is very relaxing but the brakes are extremely touchy. Just the weight of you shoe will surprise you. All in all it’s a very nice experience driving this truck and it feels well built. I have approx 3000 miles on it now and no issues. And that includes towing my travel trailer. This from a former GM fanboy…..
