I was able to get the appointment time I needed. My service representative, Chase, was polite and respectful. He recommended services that should have been done previously, and I appreciated his honesty. The price was a bit of a shock, but given how much everything has gone up, it wasn’t entirely surprising. One thing to note: there are no USB ports available for charging devices, so be sure to bring your own adapter. There are plenty of standard electrical outlets. The waiting area was clean and well organized, with a nice coffee and snack bar—and fresh popcorn, which was a pleasant touch.

This dealership is a great place to buy your new Mazda! Sergey, my salesman, was especially helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient. He went through all the details on how to use the car's many features and knew the answers to all of my questions. One very important thing: they didn't try to sneak any additional charges into the contract after we agreed on the price. Most car dealerships that I have bought from do this, but not Maita Mazda. I would like to give special recognition to Jett, who works at the Front Desk in the service center. He is an absolutely outstanding employee. He helped me a lot with dropping off my Hyundai Palisade for service and clearly explained everything I needed to know — and even more. I don’t speak English very well, but Jett didn’t even need to use a translator because he explained everything in such a clear and simple way that I understood everything without any problems. If Hyundai had more employees like Jett, Hyundai sales would skyrocket. Thank you very much for such a high level of service!

Love my new 2026 Hyundai Tucson with all the great safety features and driver assist warnings. The car is roomy and plenty of room for 5 adults. My favorite feature is the remote start, warming up my car in the winter.
