Team MazdaReviews
Team Mazda review
From the very beginning, Ashley Flores exuded professionalism and warmth, making me feel comfortable and confident in my decision-making process. Her knowledge of the vehicles, coupled with her patience in answering all my questions and families questions, truly showcased her expertise in the field and if she didn’t know, she quickly admitted and went to get us the answer. I cannot thank her enough for taking the time to understand my needs and guiding me towards the perfect car for me. She went above and beyond to find the best deals and negotiate on my behalf, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. What stood out was her genuine care and concern for me as a customer. She made me feel valued and listened to, which is a rarity in today's world. Her friendly demeanor and ability to build rapport made the entire experience enjoyable. I will undoubtedly recommend anyone in need of a knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable salesperson to Ashley or to DGDG Team Mazda
2026 Mazda CX-50 review
The CX-50 is a great car. The exterior and interior are sleek and luxurious, and it drives great. The combo leather/canvas seats are awesome, because you still get the look of leather without the sticky/sweaty feel. Responsive infotainment system and variety of control options (joystick, touch screen, steering wheel buttons) is nice. AWD works great for me in the mountains.

Mercedes-Benz of Santa Rosa review
They made it simple, and Ron seems like a car salesman who can actually be trusted! I appreciated their attentiveness, timeliness, honesty, and overall care. I made a little bit of drive because I was not getting the same level of care from my local volvo dealership, and I will make the drive again as a repeat customer at Smother's! A week after I leased the vehicle, I even noticed that a small sensor cap and tow hook cap were both missing from the front of my vehicle. I contacted Ron and within minutes, he ordered me new covers, will have them painted, and is shipping them to me! That is incredible service. Thank you!!!!!!

Audi Napa ValleyReviews
Audi Napa Valley review
The Audi Napa Valley dealership is one of the best dealerships I've worked with. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, easy to work with, and genuinely fair throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how much they listened. Rather than pushing me toward whatever was easiest to sell, they took the time to understand what I actually needed — my budget, my priorities, and how I planned to use the car — and made sure I ended up in the vehicle that truly fit my life. There was no pressure, no hard sell, just honest guidance from people who clearly know their inventory well. The whole process, from test drive to paperwork, was smooth and transparent. Every question I had was answered clearly, and I never felt like anything was being glossed over or rushed. I would absolutely purchase from here again, and I recommend this dealership without hesitation to anyone in the market for an Audi. If you want a dealership that treats you like a person and not just a sale, this is the place.

Well, unfortunately I can’t give a complete review. I went in one day to test drive a car. Decided the next day I wanted it. By the time I was able to get a hold of the salesman I was working with they sold the car to someone else. He was off that day.. So I am not able to give the buying experience review. However, the salesman was a pleasure and informative. And the sales manager was pleasant. The facility was clean. I guess I was just not meant to have that car.

2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

Perfect service. Experienced the top professionalism with best attitude. Would recommend others to contact Alex El-Far.
2026 BMW M440 review
Over the years I've heard a great deal of the outstanding driving experience and fabulious features of the BMW cars. Now that I have purchased a 2026 M440X I understand their praise. The slogan " The Ultimate Driving Experience" is not just an advertising gimmick. I'm still learning the many, many cool features of my car even after the excellent tutorial by the Dealership and reading the manual. In short, I'm sold on Germain Engineered cars and am now part of the BMW family. Too bad US car manufacturers don't make this quality of car. My opinion, is that it the cost would be outside the reach of most Americans.
