On Friday, 10JULY2020, I went into Hall Acura because I wanted to trade my 2016 Dodge Charger and wanted to explore some options. I worked with Katt Kirk, who immediately took interest in what I wanted instead of what she wanted to sell me. Within 2 hours and 3 options later, she had me hooked on a 2017 Acura MDX. The next day, I returned and opened the door to get some numbers going. Both Katt and the Hall Acura staff were incredibly generous with my trade-in value and Katt went out of her way to make certain that I wasn’t going to bury myself. I had a 2021 CRV and was involved in an accident and I have no doubt that because how well it was constructed that it saved me from serious injuries. I then replaced the 2021 CRV with a 2026 CRV.

I bought a 2024 Rally which is the highest trim in a Mach E . It is very fast and fun smooth on the highway and can be driven on a dirt track as well as used as an every day vehicle. My only complaint is the range could be a little better and charging should be faster because the vehicle is already in its 4th year of production other than that as a long time EV owner I love the car after a month of ownership.

They were helpful and prompt with my repairs. They gave me the estimate and a video of the service to be preformed.

Great truck, here are the highlights: time-proven 2.3 turbo engine with tuning potential, overbuilt 10R80 transmission which is shared with the larger F-150, comfortable interior, excellent features, even on the STX/XL trim, roomy 4-door interior. Highly recommend this truck!

I had a bad couple of years. 2018 being the worst. I filed bankruptcy, lost my home, was in a job so stressful that it was killing me literally. In 2019 I decided to take control of my life and try to get out of my hole. Anyway, I needed a vehicle and threw my info out there to dealerships who handle people in my case. Hall was the only company consistent but not in an annoying way. They made an appointment for me and I met with Mr. Henry Bly. At first I was apprehensive about meeting with a salesman because I don’t like the “show” they put on to sell you something. But once I sat down with him, he made me feel human. He was real and let me know that I’m doing good and we will get my situation better within a year. He got me into a car that wasn’t the base model to give me some dignity. He made me feel like I once felt before and that’s a person who had great credit and was in a great place in her life. He then handed me over to the finance guy, Mr Chris Sherrod who was also amazing. I’m thankful for this experience and no longer fear dealerships and being suckered. I’m able to hold my head high and feel good again.

The service rep was awesome. I didn’t care for the “lady” after hour service rep. She couldn’t answer any questions about my service or coupon/discounts.

We were in town for the holidays and Casey Honda had a CR-V that we were interested in, so we stopped in to check it out. Our sales lady Alyssa was incredibly friendly and professional. They honored the internet advertised price and didn't try and haggle us for a bunch of unnecessary up sells like we have experienced at other dealerships.

Broke the visor on my 2019 RDX while traveling from Pa to Virginia. This dealership ordered new visor, installed it and washed and swept the inside of my vehicle! Awesome, friendly service. I currently have a 2025 Ford Maverick truck that I purchased brand new off the lot in June 2025. It currently has 1735.0 miles on it, to date this truck has been an excellent vehicle in every respect. I am very pleased with the gas mileage I'm getting both in town and on the freeway. 23 city/ 34 hwy. IT does ride like a truck, because after all that's what it is. It handles very good both in town and on the highway. It's very roomy inside, for just the wife and myself. I am somewhat disappointed in the paint job, as it seems to get scratched and smudged pretty easy. Have to look it over every couple of days. I would gladly recommend the Maverick truck to anyone looking for a smaller truck, not want to tow or haul large loads. It has become my daily driver, and I'm able to leave my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder parked more or for longer road trips where the comfort is more desired. David Kiel

Overall bowdich is a great place for new vehicles. Customer service top notch and Al in service is second to no one. The facility is clean but runs out of coffee
