WOW!! What a staff!! I spent most of a 3 day weekend going from car dealership to car dealership looking for a new vehicle, I wanted something bigger in size, something better than my Bronco on fuel and something that wouldn't break the bank. After tons of research I found that the ALL NEW Mitsubishi Outlander checked all my boxes. It's sleek, plush and ultra refined interior and exterior makes me feel RICHHH. I stopped into a couple local (Springfield, MO) dealerships and got the ickkk from the sales staff and managers, you know the feeling, like you're about to be taken advantage of, that one! I swear at one point I witnessed the sales manager rubbing his bands together and counting his commission in his head... At this point it wad too late, I was already in LOVE with the NEW Outlander but couldn't force myself to buy from my local dealership so I decided to call up Northtowne. I dialed the number and asked for sales, to my surprise the ray of sunshine that answered the phone was no other than my saleswoman (Sawnya). I explained my entire weekend, went into detail of what I was looking for in a car and told her where I would like to be. Let's just say Sawyna DID NOT give me the ickkk we shared a TON of belly laughs during our first 15 minutes on the phone. I swear it was no more than 20 minutes later and Sawnya and her sales manager (Colton) called me back with good news that we could make it work!! Colton found a way to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, the right price for the car I purchased and even was the first one to greet me at the dealership door with a handshake and a smile. To say this dealership feels like a family is no joke. Every single person I spoke to was kind, generous and eager to help! Finance knocked it out of the park and gave me everything I wanted in a timely manner. HUGE shoutout to Tim in finance for getting me covered with the bundle protection package. (I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached, you don't want to know how many key fobs I've lost.) The 175 mile drive was WELL WORTH it for the amazing hospitality, the expertise level of the staff and the forever friendships I made while here. For my next car I know where to start!! 2026 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Great 28.3 mileage w 500 mile cruising range on regular gas. Seat comfort, engine performance (no turbo lag), quality, great quiet ride, ventilated massage seats, and tons of upscale standard equipment quickly made us forget our 2022 Audi Q5 Premium Plus Sportback with a 15K savings and even more features. Best buy on a mid sized luxury SUV. Would highly recommend!

2026 Lincoln Nautilus review
Came to the same conclusion as Motor Trend who named this the reigning SUV of the year. The quiet, comfortable ride is the thing I appreciate the most. The beautiful, comfortable interior impresses people and it’s a great place to drive (or ride). There are sportier options but for long haul driving as well as comfortable city driving, this is a great choice.

2026 Hyundai PALISADE review
I gave up my 2025 BMWx5 50e for the 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Hybrid. My friends thought it was to lower my notes or because we couldn’t afford the BMW. What they didn’t know was I had paid off the BMW. Reducing cost was not a factor. I fell in love with the Palisade about three years ago, but I kept waiting on the new body style. I finally went to see the new Palisade and the features were much better than what I remembered. I love the cameras to the left and right when you use your turn signals. I love actual knobs to adjust the ac unit. I love the roominess of the second row seats and their ability to recline. The massage function for the drivers seat is awesome. The ability to recharge vs nightly plugging in a hybrid is wonderful! I won’t go on and on, but I find myself smiling really hard and peaking out the door to look at it in my garage…lol! I don’t like how loud it starts off, not crazy about the big grill, I preferred my panoramic sunroof vs the two separate sunroofs, and I lost the safety net of run flat tires. But overall, I am very pleased with my first SIX days of ownership. I will keep you updated if anything changes.

2026 Volkswagen Atlas review
Bought 2025 Atlas Peak Edition new in Sep’25 and after 7,000 miles have 0 issues! Build quality is top notch and everything is fully functionable. Very well laid out to provide maximum interior space with real adult 3rd row seating. I traded in my Ford Explorer Platinum since I couldn’t take the continual and repeatable breakdown issues with transmission and engine failures along with the many fit and finish issues. Hands down, my wife and I absolutely love this vehicle. One of my sons drove my Atlas and liked it so much he bought identical model for his family too.

2026 Mazda Mazda3 review
Bought 26' Mazda 3 hatchback Premium 6spd. While this car occupies a niche segment, a manual transmission car (not a CUV), it is a practical daily commuter car that also brings some driving joy to my enthusiast side. This model has been around since 2019 but still looks like it could have been a new model release. The interior is one of the nicest in the segment. All places touched frequently are covered in soft plastics or leather. The options include a complete host of safety and driver aids, headup display, lane departure, and adaptive cruise are actually helpful and not intrusive. I enjoy the Bose 12spkr system while rowing through the gears. The transmission is smooth and precise. This is not a fast car but it is a joy driving with spirit. The back seats are snug but our young children fit comfortably. The rear hatch is deep and fits enough for getaways or Costco runs. The handling is confidence inspiring that keeps you grinning even well within the car's limits. Having owned other Mazdas including Mazda6 6spd v6, CX 5 twice...the Mazda 3 hasn't disappointed. The Mazda 3 is a fun car that delivers a rewarding experience, decent fuel efficiency, adequate practicality, and an interior that feels premium. The long term reliability is the really what seals the deal. We're looking forward to many years of enjoying ownership.

2025 Ford Bronco review
With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

2026 GMC Sierra 1500 review
This is my first GMC and I absolutely love my Sierra 1500 Elevation. The 5.3L v8 is more than enough to pull my camper, I love the stylish interior and it is comfortable to drive. I also felt with the financing and discount specials this was a great deal.

2026 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I bought the AT 4 version. Loaded. Has good ground clearance. It's powered with a 3.0 l turbocharged diesel. Has lots of horsepower and torque. I've had no problem but I talked to my friend who's a certified mechanic and they're having a lot of problems with the engine blowing up at very low mileage. A lot of the time less than 15,000. Some of them have problems with the thrust bearings failing causing increased crankshaft play back and forth to the point where the timing chain and the rubber belt that runs the oil pump can fail. The engine has been described as grenading. They're basically self-destructs. There's a specific power code that indicates low oil pressure and allowed rattle sound before it finally fails. I heard that the engines were on back order, so if you're one of the unfortunates you can plan on waiting 10 or 12 weeks or longer to get your truck back. They have to remove the cab completely to swap motors. But overall I love the truck. It's a big improvement over the 2022 I just traded in.

2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

2026 Dodge Charger review
Aesthetic with the performance of this vehicle. Remind me lot of the early models in the past. The in-line six engine with the R/T and scat pack make this vehicle very versatile. I particularly like the sound of the engines that start up and the standard tech is state of the art. My concern is what will happen in the future for updates or major changes in technology. I am pleased with it overall gas performance a recent trip from Delaware to New York showed on economy highway miles of 27.2. They found off the car is the fact that you can change the different mode to economy all the way up to drag racing. I recommend this vehicle wholeheartedly and hope my generation ( baby boomers) will give the nostalgic version I try. Happy driving.

2026 BMW M4 review
I wanted to reach out and share my initial thoughts on the 2026 BMW M4 Competition. It is truly an amazing vehicle. While I am still observing the 1,200-mile break-in period before I can fully utilize its performance potential, the power and delivery of the eight-speed automatic and AWD system are already impressive. With 523 hp, the performance is exceptional. The technology integrated into this car is equally brilliant. The interface, featuring the 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster alongside the 14.9-inch touchscreen, feels like the future of driving. I have also been particularly impressed with the self-driving features, the native dash cam, and the head-up display, which provide excellent feedback and utility. Additionally, I highly recommend the carbon seats to anyone considering this model; they are well worth the investment and add significantly to the sports car experience. I am thoroughly enjoying the new M4 and look forward to getting the most out of it once the break-in period is complete.
