Routine service call. Staff I'd always very friendly. Saw another customer in need of a rental or ride home. They do not have that service.

Viti exceeded our expectations. Their service department went above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had with any dealership! Our convertible top was stuck in the open position on Cape Cod. The service manager Tony picked up the phone at 7:30 am on Monday, my car was in the shop Tuesday morning. Russell, our service rep, called Tuesday afternoon car was ready for pickup Thursday. The Mercedes Benz GLE 350 is by far the best luxury SUV we have ever owned. I truly can't praise it enough. I honestly didn't need to take it out on the road to be convinced, I was still in the parking lot and knew I wasn't leaving without this vehicle. The interior ambient lighting and the personal welcome message when I get in is 2 of my favorite features of this vehicle. Also love that we can program the seat adjustments too, no more having to adjust the seat back to where I need after my husband drives it, just hit a button and my seat is back on the position I need. And I have never drove anything that drives this smooth!!

SALES REVIEW - HIGHLY RECOMMEND: After several failed calls with other dealerships in the area to find what we were looking for; we landed at GMC of Attleboro with Danny Jamgochian taking our call and answering all of our questions in a timely and professional manner. Danny was beyond helpful as we were purchasing two company vehicles that needed to be delivered to Nantucket. He always followed up with pertinent information [often on his 'day off'] with a zero-pressure attitude. Almost the entire transaction was handled over the phone which made our experience seamless being we were traveling over 2hrs away. Once we arrived at the dealership, Danny was focused on our needs and considerate of our time constraints. He also introduced us to General Manager, Gil Silva who helped facilitate us getting exactly what we needed/wanted with ease and with a family-oriented feel for our sales transaction. While we waited for the Business Manager, Dennis Yu to prepare all the financial paperwork - we were offered lunch which was a lovely touch. This review is for a two week old truck. I have been trying to get a 3500HD AT4, gas engine, 8 foot bed, 5th wheel prep, in blue for over a year (almost 2). My dealer finally received an allocation and I was off for the build!! However, when my build order was sent to me the color had defaulted to black (blue was discontinued for 2024) and the only way to change it was to cancel and start over.....so black it is!! The truck is gorgeous and much larger than I thought! I am pleased with both exterior styling and the 2024 interior refesh. My only complaint is the seats, they are a bit firm.....still comfy....but firm. The GM sunroof is small, so small I passed on the option. Mechanically this truck is a pretty sound design. Another 50hp for the 6.6L gas engine would be nice, but 401hp is pretty decent. A PTO offering in the up level trims would be nice, as would a larger/dual fuel tank option is needed (GM is the only one that doesn't offer one), and a factory level in the front, and while I am dreaming a front locking differential. GM could up thier paint game, when approaching 90k I expect better paint. Value wise it is as good if not better than the rest of the over priced trucks on the market. Rumor is 20K per unit on average goes to the UAW pension, that's why your 50k truck costs 70k. In closing I have zero regrets other than the color, but I needed it immediately so here I am.

Justin was absolutely phenomenal to work with. At no point did I ever feel pressured, rushed, or on edge during the purchase of my vehicle. Justin was very friendly and fun to work with, he made the whole process immensely better. Even though I already knew what car I wanted going in, he took the time to explain all the extra features I didn't know about. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!
