My wife and I were in the market to replace our aging Pilot. We decided to stop in at Kerry Hyundai of Alexandria to check out the redesigned Santa Fe. Cody greeted us, and I let him know we were early in the process and just comparing vehicles. He was understanding, laid back and friendly in his approach, which we appreciated very much. We did not decide to purchase on our initial visit. After some deliberation we found a color combination we liked at the Kerry in Florence. I reached out to Cody, and he got the ball rolling to get the Santa Fe we wanted at his location. This was on his day off mind you. I met him the next day to work everything out, and it was by far the smoothest, best car buying experience I've had. This is my third Hyundai Palisade in 4 years. I just love the car and every model change has been an pressive improvement. I have never had a car where everyone that has gotten into it has said WOW! This is beautiful and very functional. then when they hear wha the cost was and shown more of the features, they are so impressed they are asking for the dealer's name.

Excellent service! It took less time than was expected. I received a complimentary car wash eventhough I just had my car in for a recall of an airbag. I do however need to return since they did not have the parts for the brake system recall.

An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.
