I had a 2021 CRV and was involved in an accident and I have no doubt that because how well it was constructed that it saved me from serious injuries. I then replaced the 2021 CRV with a 2026 CRV.

All around very pleasant experience. Every person there was knowledgeable, starting with our Salesperson, Jessika ! They had a person to sync our phones, and help us connect to OnStar. The easiest vehicle we have ever brought, not sure why anyone would shop elsewhere. 5 Stars hands down !!

Enjoy the smooth ride, Tech features are amazing, Stock radio could use some more power, Performance for the 4 Cyl Turbo is great, no lag, Will spin the tires if needed easily, no problems up grades or mountain slopes, Design and style are top notch.

12-31-23 I bought a new 2024 Honda CRV sport L , my sales person was John Booth , very nice answered all questions overall, very good experience . I would recommend Colerain Honda, and work with John Booth William Jones

Test drove others cars similar size but this Honda civic was the only one that made us feel comfortable with everything and when I say everything means everything No more wondering

Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.

Needed to correct my last review. I did not realize they had in fact reached out 3 times to me as all replies went into my junk folder. I found them yesterday and wanted to correct this, as the non contact was due to Microsoft flagging it not them having no response or effort

Jeff Jones did an excellent job not only finding a used car for our daughter but later called me after finding a vehicle for me too. We had talked to him about what we wanted and our budget and we were so happy when he called us with the perfect fit. Our daughter was very happy for her Ford Escape and we got a Honda CR-V which has been awesome. Jeff was extremely responsive to our needs and communicated with us along the way. I have dealt with three different gentlemen* who helped me with the setup of my newly purchased car and heavily assisted me to solve a few issues mainly related to the car itself. Alex (Sales), Matt (Service) and Noah (Technical Support) They have been very responsive, friendly and competent! I even had Noah helping me with a technical issue after hours via phone and received a return call with some guidance from Alex on his day off. I give each one of the three five stars!

1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

Everyone is helpful, friendly, and professional. Matt in service is always great to work with, is knowledgeable, attentive, and supportive!! Service has state of the art technology. I highly recommend!!
