Perfect car! Traded in my CX-30, which was a wonderful car, but I wanted better visibility and more backseat space. The CX-5 ticks all the boxes: reasonable price, driving comfort, beautiful interior, smart dial system to use with the screen (which makes driving much safer than a touchscreen), plenty of cargo space without feeling too large, All Wheel Drive, and fun to drive. And some luxury options even on the lower trims.

I found the car of my dreams while searching on cars.com. Called the dealer and asked for Blake to get me some information on the car. Blake did a great job answering all my questions and working with the finance team to get me the right price. I flew from Fort Lauderdale to Nashville to pick up the car. Nissan sent Kwon to pick me up from the airport where he greeted me on time and even brought me a jacket as a cold front just pass through and I did realize it was going to be so cold. Once I got to the dealership Blake and Kwon answered all the questions I had. Kwon got me set up with the new MYNISSAN app, which im obsessed with! The clean team got my new ride super shiny!! Kwon and Blake took me for a ride and walked me around the car telling me about all the features it offered. Everyone in the dealership came over to say hello. Great car. Radar guide cruise control is extremely annoying, so is the beeping for everything that you cant shut off. Its slow as xxxx, but it is a soccer mom car. Super fuel efficient and reliable... except for the water pump that seems to go out every 20k miles but its covered to 200k. Other than that, haven't had a single issue with it. Great commuter car. Good for road trips but back seat was mad for small children. Im 6,0 and cannot fit unless the person in the front has their knees in the dashboard

They were knowledgeable and answered questions without creating any sense of pressure or urgency. The most difficult part was having to decide! After choosing a vehicle, the application process was easy and streamlined via mobile link. The next day, they arranged for transportation back to the dealership, where they had a nice gift bag waiting, along with an announcement on the monitor, and champagne. Everyone congratulated me on the vehicle, and it really made the experience special!
