Best dealership I've ever been to and trust me when I say I'll be back! So many dealerships treat you like a $ and don't care about you as a person. It's special at Fox. Everyone is genuine, no one plays games, they talk to you like a friend, and they don't degrade women like other places! They are patient and loving, their communication is amazing, and their service is outstanding. Matt was our salesman and I couldn't praise his service higher! Kim and Ryan helped us in finance and they were incredible too. It's like you've been friends forever with these strangers. We absolutely loved our experience in this crazy market.

I called about a truck that was for sale. Jeff answered the phone and told me it was still for sale. I asked him to hold it for me. I went right down to see it and he was very helpful. I bought the truck and Jeff showed me how it worked. He got me Kim Greene to fill out the paper work . It was getting late and I can not see good enough to drive at night. Jeff said he would have it delivered the next morning to my house in Sevierville. It was there by 8am. Both were great to work with. I have never gone to a better place to buy a vehicle. They added some running boards to it. When I was ready to leave the truck was ready to go. I have told my friends about Fox and how wonderful they were.

Joshua Wright was amazing. I was in a tough situation and his genuine and calm demeanor made me feel at ease. He was very welcoming and really listened to what I needed. He then delivered more out of the deal than I expected. He did not have to put the customer first and most salespeople don’t. The car looks great. We have enjoyed the feel of the car on the road and the ease of use of the controls and rear view camera.

Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

The staff was very nice and kept me updated regarding the services needed. They even took the time to was my car. They even changed the battery for my key chain.

I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus

My wife and I came to Fox Toyota of Clinton, TN last week and we were immediately greeted and made to feel like our preferences in buying a car were a priority the entire time we were at the dealership. Elijah Jennings made an appointment for us and he served us with excellence the entire time we were there. We finished the process in record time, including our brief stop at the finance office, which made me very happy! Had synthetic oil change, tire rotation , and multi point inspection completed on 2015 Camry . TJ was the service advisor and was extremely friendly and helpful. The tech was Matt Nunamaker and got everything done in record amount of time . I had dropped vehicle off at about 1040 and everything was complete by 1117. Only 37 minutes to complete all that , usually it takes at least 1 hr - 1 1/2 hours at other Toyota dealers. Thanks for everyone being professional and servicing my daughter’s vehicle that she uses to get from college in Knoxville back home to Virgina . Appreciate it very much !!!

My salesman Ryan Hutson was great! He did not pressure me and provided detailed information about the truck I was interested. Charlie Burchfield the General Sales Manager was very knowledgeable about the financing of vehicles. He was kind and honest above all else. I would definitely buy a vehicle from Tim Short Ford!

I bought a Mustang GT because I was dissatisfied with my 2020 Corvette's ride and ergonomics. Also, because neither Chevrolet nor Dodge had an answer to the Mustang. The GT has great features with its touch screens, intuitive HVAC controls and other vehicle control features, The interior is comfortable. It could use power tilt-tele steering wheel. There's plenty of gauge clusters, and color schemes to keep you busy. Same for Drive modes. Braking is very good, especially the optional Brembo's. The sound system in top B&O guise is the minimal you'd expect. It doesn't measure up to Mopar. Power is good, but low end torque could be better. The exterior styling would be second to Camaro if there were one, but it keeps improving. Opt for the 20inch wheels for looks and handling. Choose the right paint, and get the 6 speed if you like manual gears. Ford, increase fuel tank size from 16 to 18.

I have a blue Trd sport premium, 2025. So far I love this truck! It has hard plastic throughout the interior, which makes it easy to clean. Love the 14 inch screen, and the 360 cameras. Wheels on the Trd sport are some of the best looking wheels out there. If you want a few options, but aren't going off road, trd sport premium is a great option.

Called before arrival and was told I wasn?t supposed to be there until next week and I live a hour away and was blest to be able to get in without any waiting.

I purchased a 2025 4Runner TRD Pro and only in a few hundred miles I love it. I had a few 5th generation 4Runners and they were great. But this is a whole new level with the 6th generation. Great ride, comfort, technology, and capabilities is unmatched by the previous generations. The only thing I don't was the price tag. But personally, I would do it again.

This 2026 Equinox has been great but I sure would have liked to have received an Owner's Manual with it. The dealer was not a good experience.
