My previous car became a money pit with multiple repairs needed, all costing me thousands of dollars to do repairs. It was items that were not covered under my maintenance plan. I decided to trade it in for a new vehicle. It’s nice to drive a car that can almost drive itself on the road.

Recently went in for routine service on my 2012 Honda CR-V and ended up trading that in on a 2016 Honda CR-V!!! Sales Rep - Dave Kuykendall was very easy to work with and gave us a great deal -- we couldn't have asked for a more easy-going buying experience. Even though I live an ~ hour away, I have always and will continue to bring my Honda to this dealership for service. I highly recommend Valley Honda in Staunton, VA for your next vehicle purchase.

Except for the engine stopping at a light (which you have to press a button each time you start the vehicle), the Passport is roomy, comfy, better gas mileage for around town driving at 21 than my 6 year old 4runner (which is a heavier vehicle). Still trying to get used to all the bells and whistles and how to program them to my choices. The drivers manual is cumbersome and full of all the child tether info which is good for many but n/a for me. This is a base RTL with trailer hitch model. Would prefer it had a rear window that rolled down on hatch. Loving the remote pulldown and opening of the hatch. Never bother with the foot kick opening. And it is a V6!!!!!

I have purchased two cars from them so far and each experience was a satisfactory one! From buying my first car on my own to trading it for a newer one they have amazing customer service and want each customer to leave happy! I would recommend Jim Snead Ford any day for your car purchases and more!

I upgraded from a 2017 Explorer Sport to a 2025 Explorer ST. It handles better. It sounds better. It is faster. The interior is way better. The seats hug you. The infotainment system is fast and works really well.

Kind helpful service. Explains in detail what has been done and what needs to be done. Mechanic explains in detail and shows videos of problem on car.

Traded in a 2008 Highlander for the Base trim Crosstrek mostly because of poor experiences with Toyota dealership service and sales departments after buying four cars from them. Now we wish we had bought a Subaru years ago. The Crosstrek turned out to be much more than we expected. Performance is adequate. Mileage is awesome. And safety features are the best.

I bought my 2025 Subaru Forester the middle of August and two weeks later took it on a 1500 mile road trip. My only complaints are the funky steering (extremely sensitive) and the 11.6" Infotainment screen occasionally freezing. That's not a good thing when driving in traffic. I wished it was AWD versus continuous four wheel drive. Overall, I do like the Forester better than the CR-V I had before.

I didn’t end up buying anything because we couldn’t quite get on the same page but I was asking for a lot so I get it. Working with Sam was great. Really good guy. Not too pushy and really personable. If I had more wiggle room I would’ve enjoyed being able to work with them.

He sold us our Toyota 10 yrs ago and last week sold us a very special car!! Review would not allow me to put make and model! We bought a used BMW 430i not a Subaru. I had a dinosaur car and finally traded in for the 2025 subaru crosstrek limited. Kinda expensive but, I feel safer driving it and the desert weather is harsh where I’m at so this car is very reliable. (4WD)

This dealership is fantastic!! Highly recommend it. Honest, straightforward and not pushy. I learned that it is a family run business that goes way back and it shows. I recently purchased a toyota highlander with Beth. Despite this crazy pandemic time of trying to buy a car, she made the process so easy and straightforward and I loved working with her. The dealership fees are not high either compared with many others. Also, I noticed that the dealership greats great service reviews which is highly unusual as well! This was my first time there, but I plan to be a loyal customer to Beth and McDonough!! Hands down best service in town. Went in having no idea what I wanted and came out with a 2016 Ford Fusion that runs beautifully. Was not nearly as stressful as I had been anticipating, in fact it was very easy. Gerald Harman and the rest of the team were a tremendous help in getting me my new car. I am very thankful.

Great little truck. The look, feel and performance is amazing. The gas mileage is outstanding. All of the equipment inside is very well designed and looks nice.

I got the 2025 Subaru Forester Touring. I stayed with Subaru because I loved my 2017 Touring. I'm familiar with the layout. Hybrid was not available, but I heard the battery cuts into the cargo space.

Spent few months doing research before I made the purchased. I chose the XLE instead of the limited trim because XLE comes equipped with majority of the features and functionality I need and I definitely don’t want the bigger wheels for ride comfort reason. The 2.5L engine can be bit noisy just like the RAV4 I had. Really hope Toyota would make more improvement for the noise from the engine.

Love my 2026 Honda crv exl I had another crv from 2007 that died at 400,000 miles. So happy with this vehicle. Would highly recommend!!
